IBuild San Antonio

IBuild San Antonio handles fencing work out of Schertz, Texas. Joshua Vasquez runs the company along with his wife Kayla, who handles quotes, and crew member Robbie. They put up new fences, replace old ones, install gates, and handle sections in cedar or other woods for privacy and street facing sides.

Homeowners call them for fence replacements that run 125 feet or more, backyard privacy fences eight feet tall, gate additions, and quick repairs after storms or wear. Reviews mention crews removing old fencing fast, hauling debris away, and leaving yards clean with no extra mess. Josh and Robbie pay close attention to details like picking straight lumber without knots, making sure posts sit solid, and finishing gates that swing right. Customers note the fences come out strong and straight, with work wrapping up on time even in rain or mud.

The team responds to calls for estimates, gives fair prices based on materials and labor only, and returns unused supplies for credit. They communicate through the job, show up on schedule, and clean the site at the end. Service covers San Antonio, New Braunfels, Bulverde, Spring Branch, and Canyon Lake. Josh stays involved from the first visit through final checks, and Kayla keeps the numbers straight.

“Josh and Robbie are a great team who are talented builders, hard workers and very courteous. Furthermore, Josh and Kayla give reasonable quotes for requested projects. Absolutely recommend iBuild, Joshua Vasquez!!”

“We had a beautiful deck built by Joshua and Robert with Trex decking. Joshua takes his time and makes sure everything is perfect. He makes sure you are satisfied with his work and he has very high standards. The deck is very strong and will outlast us. Joshua and Robert are honest, respectful and hard working. For the project being done, you only pay for the cost of materials needed and his labor charge. Whatever materials are not used, you can return for a refund. IBUILD San Antonio is highly recommended and we will use Joshua for future projects needed.”

“Josh and crew did a great job replacing an old 125 foot long fence. The estimate was reasonable, the removal of the old fence was fast and the new fence turned out great. They were professional and did everything we asked for and more. The yard was cleaned up when the job was finished and everything other than the fence was as they found it. Really happy with the work and the guys. I have hired a lot of contractors over the years. If these guys have a service that you are needing, just hire them, you won’t be disappointed. What makes a great contractor is the little stuff. Josh made sure that he and his guys paid particular attention to every detail. That’s not common, certainly in San Antonio.”

“Josh has a great attention to detail and always goes the extra mile for his client. I build has done two gates and a fence for me. I have two more fences that I will be using Ibuild on. Highly recommend.”

“Hello - took several fence estimates and decided to go with IBuild and I am very happy that I did. Pricing was fair and workmanship was excellent. I had the street facing section done in Cedar. They hauled away the old fence and left everything very clean upon completion. They were very easy to work with and provided excellent communication. Plan on having them redo my deck as well. I know it can be a struggle to find and trust that someone will do great work and I would happily recommend IBuild for anyone needing a new fence.”

“I had Josh rebuild a large wood fence. His pricing was fair and he was fast. He did a great job.”

“Josh is a master.of his craft. He and Robert (employee) completed my fence in two days. Flawless construction. 100% well done. Knowledgeable, skilled, clean and communicates continuously as the jov.progresses. Josh hand picks the lumber pieces so no knots or defective boards. He is his own quality control manager. We greatly enjoyed having him here as we kept both He an Robert in Gatorade, ice cold water and sandwiches and fruit. Hey, it was darn hot and this was our treat to them to demonstrate our continued appreciation. Kayla, his wife whom we called "The Minister of Finance" was great to work with. Very cordial, knowledgeable and fair all around. Can't say enough. Top shelf all the way!!! We'll done.”

“Josh and IBuild are amazing. Excellent responsiveness, exceptional high quality work. Highly recommend their services, and we’re already getting ready for a second project with them!”
