“Got an email that my gate will be done 9/11. Said I have to be home in the email. ZERO contact from them. I had to call them a few times to get an answer. When they picked up, they said they will be there. Kept reaching out to them over and over Friday evening, Monday, and Tuesday. ZERO RESPONSE. Tuesday night, I’m putting the kids to sleep and they pull up. The wooden pole they used for the gate has a crack, and it does not open all the way on both sides. I have been asking for a phone call from Blake and he, nor anyone else has called to talk with me. I got one text stating there is meeting scheduled for Monday. That’s it. Not follow up. They are quick to let me know I’m late on paying the rest of my tab. I have no problem paying my bill after I receive a phone call…no one will call me.”

We met the owners Skyler & Blake, both were very helpful answering questions throughout the process. Both stopped by during the install and ensured we were taken care of. We were taken care of because Henry & Ricardo were terrific craftsmen and incredibly hard workers! 67 – 2’ holes hand dug in Bella Vista rock in 100 degree heat for 12 hours will forever impress me. Thanks to Kevin’s help on that one as well. I requested a few changes towards the end, they were very responsive and completed each one no questions asked. I absolutely recommend Fence Guys. “From reading reviews it sounds like the installers do awesome work but this companies response to emails is awful. I started the whole process of getting quotes to install a small portion of fence, adding a gate to one small side and replacing the current gate back on March 23rd. The price was much higher than other quotes I received but I was still considering them as a option since the the reviews were so good but when it takes several days to get a response it doesn't make a customer feel like this company wants your business. It's already been 5 or 6 days since I sent my last email with no response. This is my first ever negative review. Wow what awful business. You can just ignore my email but you feel its right to decline my offer on here. I'm ok with you declining it but this isn't the way to do it. My counteroffer was still much more than my other quotes. I should have posted a review way back when your company first started ignoring me but I gave your company a chance but I just ended up wasting my time so thanks for that. Warning this company will ignore you if you start asking questions.”

“Great experience. The scheduling was organized and the work was done quickly once it was started. My only callout is that to avoid a 3% fee it’s not possible to pay with debit or credit, which requires mailing or dropping off a check…which is a bit of a hassle. That said, will definitely use Fence Guys again.”
