“In the beginning, I was very concerned about the lack of communication by the office. It often took several days to talk to someone to ensure our fence would be installed in the promised timeline because our sprinklers were going to be blown out and there would be no water for them to mix concrete. Scott and his crew definitely made me rethink a less than stellar review. Scott (project lead) was very professional, personable and communicative. During installation if there were any any questions, he'd always confirm with me to make sure it was what I'd envisioned. They worked very hard over 4 days, made sure I was satisfied and left the area clean. They even had to jackhammer a few boulders! This was over 270 ft. of fence and we know it wasn't an easy job. I highly recommend them and and we love our new fence!!”

“I wanted to report back a good experience but unfortunately All-Star Fence has repeatedly let me down. I had my fence done by them a couple years ago. Since then we've had recurrent issues with the fence coming down in windstorms. In their defense, we had to do an unorthodox placement on a retaining wall due to difficult neighbors, but they reassured me that it would be just as sturdy. It wasn't. I don't blame them for that, but it's been the communication after. They frequently haven't called back in a timely manner, I've had to call multiple times. I asked them if they'd be willing to put in a new fence gate (the one pictured was pre-installed by the previous owners and it was repeatedly breaking - not their fault) but they said it was too small of a project, despite me spending almost 10K on their services within the last two years. Someone was kind enough to come and do a quick handy job but to be honest it's not what I was expecting, my dog can easily wiggle through. With the latest windstorm our fence got taken down as shown in the photos with the wire fencing up now. I called them to inquire about services and was even willing to pay for repairs but asked for a possible disc”

“AllStar Fence was great to work with! I'm very pleased with all aspects of this company from their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work. I put down our deposit in February to have work completed in June. The job was delayed by a few weeks. I considered this to be a minor inconvenience though. The job was a rather big one with over 700+ linear feet of fencing that was installed. Many patios to be fenced in with gates. Old wood fence encased in concrete that needed to be removed. I was very impressed by the work ethic of the crew. They had the old fence tore out within just a couple of days and with minimal damage to existing concrete. I appreciated their attention to detail, and the finished product turned out wonderful. I decided to go with a vinyl fence, and it looks beautiful. There was a little mixup on what latches to install for the gates (regular latches versus key coded ones), but talked to the office staff about it and they got it straightened out right away! They also did a great job leaving the property clean when all finished. I watched them wash down the fences with hoses, which I though was a nice touch.
