“A perfect fence! Hard Rock Fencing is a family business, run by genuine people that care about the work they do every single day, and it shows. Literally, just give them a call, you'll see what I mean. We relocated from out of state, and couldn't make up our minds about what to do in various sections. We went through three different iterations, even all the way up to the very moment they arrived to put it in. . .standing out there, in the sun, with tape measures, string, and 1.5 million ideas. Before we found Jake "The Stake" Koberstine and his crew (my nickname for him, hope it sticks), we did shop around a bit with Spokane big brand fencing companies, even some contractors that came highly recommended. “A five on a five-point scale doesn’t do justice to just how good Hard Rock Fencing was. Before our estimate, Jake (owner) told me how he would estimate the cost of the fence before he came out to measure and give us a firm estimate. To my shock the estimate matched what I had come up with. Jake was clear on the prep that we needed to complete for him to build the new vinyl fence. Jake was superb at double checking with us as to what he planned to do and problems he found and how he’d solve them. Jake’s assistant fell ill and had to stay home two days. Nonetheless, Jake did the work of two people to finish digging holes and setting posts in concrete to stay on schedule. It was a Herculean effort, but Jake did it. Jake’s assistant, Russ, joined him the last two days to finish our 200+ foot fence. Jake solved several problems to perfection. “Jake and his team did a fantastic job adding new chain link and repairing a lot of damaged existing fencing. He built two new custom 19’ swinging gates which came out perfect and recommended using 6” posts vs 4” like other contractors quoted. With these large swinging gates I’m so glad that Jake used the larger as I could see smaller post not lasting. His attention to detail was impressive throughout the entire project. I normally do not write these post as quite frankly most of the work I’ve had done was below my expectations but Jake’s work was very impressive.”

“Part Two: After being so pleased with my first experience (see below) with Jake and his company, I hired him to replace a small section of vinyl fence that included a very dysfunctional gate that drove us crazy for years. Included in this project, was the installation of a back gate to our neighbor's yard. We could not be happier with the results of their work. They built the gates on-site and the design was impeccable! The quality goes beyond what I could ever imagine! On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give them a 10! This company comes with my highest recommendation! Part One: I had two sections of vinyl fence and a post blow down in the crazy winds last Wednesday evening. It was disconcerting. I was stressed about it. I found this company online and called and immediately connected with the owner (Jake). His attitude was amazing! Within an hour and a half, he made the trip to Cheney to check out my damage. He is super knowledgeable and so easy to work with!
