Next step posts were set by Gabe and Scott and they did a wonderful job taking care of my property and GRASS. The final process Tristen and Casey did and again they did a great job. “This company installed a golf net in our backyard to protect us from Aaron shots. The first net they put up was not sized properly so they had to re-order the net and when they reinstalled the new net that was correctly sized they use different ties to hold it down in those ties after less than two years have failed and the net is coming off and they refuse to fix it stating they used manufacturer suggested straps. However, the first time they installed the net that was the wrong size they used metal or wire ties that were plastic coated the second go round they used zip ties which of all failed and are cracking and falling off. They offer a five-year warranty, but it’s worthless. I highly recommend not using this company because if anything goes wrong, they don’t stand behind their work.”

“So, my father-in-law and I went in there to buy wood for his fence, and of course, it was a whole spectacle. The staff? Infuriatingly perfect. The guy loading us up—Dustin or Justin, one of those lumber heroes—was so damn funny and sharp, I swear he could host a late-night talk show all about loading wood , And the rest of them? Naturally, just as ridiculously talented—like a cult of lumber geniuses. “Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service At first glance, our vinyl fence looked nice, but the problems quickly started showing. Almost the entire backside of the fence is 5-6 inches above ground and up to 7 inches above the ground in some spots. The front gate is 5-6 inches above the ground. This completely defeats the purpose of getting a fence for our kids and dogs, plus we want a puppy and that's out of the question — small pets can easily get under it, and our young children can’t safely play outside without supervision. Part of the back fence is along a road so thats especially not safe for our family. On top of that, panels are already falling off, and I can’t reattach them myself. The fence is ONLY THREE MONTHS OLD and it’s already falling apart. It took a long time to get through to anyone when we needed a post fixed, and now I can’t get a call back at all. The one time I did reach someone, they cut me off mid sentence, were rude about my "complaint" and just forwarded my call — I never got a call back. We spent a lot of money on this fence, money we honestly couldn’t afford to waste, because we truly needed it for our family. Instead, it’s b”

“We could not be happier with our new fence! We had the most wonderful experience working with Idaho Fence. We had a couple different companies come out to give quotes, and Idaho Fence was easily the best to work with. First, Ben came out and answered all of my questions. He showed different options and talked though what would be best for our home based on what we wanted and our price range. He sent us the quote the very same day! We ended up thinking of something else and he called me back immediately, answered our questions again and sent us a new quote. He didn't rush us and didn't try to push us to buy things we didn't need. He truly wanted us to get exactly what we wanted for the best price. Next, Jim, Jackson and Casey came to install the fence and did a BEAUTIFUL job. Jim first walked around with the quote Ben had worked on with me to make sure he was on the same page and that our fence would be built exactly how we imagined. They set the posts one day and came back 5 days later (after the concrete had set) to finish. They were SO NICE! They worked hard and completed the fence exactly how we had hoped for and we love it! We would highly recommend this team!”

“156 linear feet of 6-ft vinyl fencing done in only 4 days start to finish. Holes dug on Tuesday, 2 days for concrete to cure, then completed on day 4. Looks better than what my wife and I had envisioned. We couldn't have asked for more efficient and professional job done by all the guys and everyone in the office.”

“We purchased materials from Idaho Fence last year and then were unable to install as we had planned. We reached out and spoke with Cody and they have given us a fair estimate to do the installation now. We are happy with their customer service and responsiveness. “Just finished up nearly 200 ft of fencing at a straight shot. The last half has quite a gap left at the bottom. We have yet to put gravel down, but it's still a large gap. One of the workers came to me and asked if he could have some of the watermelon in my garden. I told him, not the large one, he did leave it, but took several others, which may or may not have been ripe. I just feel this was tacky. They took alot of breaks, and on the final morning, laid out the top and bottom rails, the sat in there truck for over and hour, before finishing. I did the cleanup between the posts and behind, as I felt like that wasn't going to get done. Discovered they shoved a plastic pop bottle down one of the post holes, not sure if they removed it or not. They stacked the old fencing on the side of my driveway before the gate, on top of a shrub. Really felt like labor costs far exceeded the actual time put in. Won't be recommending.”
