“Sabino and his team were amazing! He was able to design an awesome privacy fence for our new home (and for the real customer, our dog) Sabino took our ideas and brought them to life - complete with a custom rolling gate for our driveway. We appreciated Sabino’s professionalism and communication throughout the project and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Our new fence is beautiful, well constructed, and was a fair price. “It is depressingly rare to find anyone to work on your house who truly takes pride in their work. Sabino is one of the few who cares about more than just the paycheck at the end. He worked on our fence for two weeks, and at the end he spent almost an entire day addressing little details that would have been easy to neglect (making sure a swinging gate hung just perfectly, embellishing the posts with decorative cuts, etc.). He communicated very well throughout the project, and we could not be happier with the result.”

“The fence that came with my house 20 years ago (2003) had almost blown down at the north end of my backyard during one of our powerful wind storms (2022). Richey Contracting was the first to contact me through HomeAdvisor. Without even discussing type or style, Sabino bid to redo this portion of my fence. The bid was reasonably priced, and Sabino was professional and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately my crisis was immediate, Richey Contracting was booked out for 2 months. Because I had decided that Richey Contracting was who i wanted to have repair my fence, I went ahead and put 1/2 of the agreed upon price down, and I hoped my ropes and bungee chords would hold. Luckily they did, and 2 months later Sabino and his crew built a complete replacement of the north end of my fence. My new fence was GORGEOUS! I truly believed that the new portion of my fence could not stand alone with the rest of the old "ghetto" fence that remained. As Sabino and his crew finished, I asked him to PLEASE bid to have the rest of the fence rebuilt. He did some measuring while he was there, and I had a bid 24 hours later. “My fence got destroyed in a hail storm and I wasn’t really sure who to talk to about fixing it. I had called around and seemed to just get the run around with some other company’s I got a message through Angie’s from Sabino at Richeys contracting and had him come out to get a quote. He’s very polite easy to work with and fair priced so I agreed with the numbers and with in 3 days my fence is done. I would 100% recommend him and his company there work was outstanding and I couldn’t be happier!!!”

“Don't even know where to start... The professionalism? The honest business practices? The customer service and communication? The owner and the staff? Honestly it doesn't matter where I start, all ratings are top notch, five starts, 10 out of 10, perfect-o, and would-recommend! “From start to finish Richey Contracting demonstrated excellent communication, professionalism and preparedness. He was hired to install an awning on a second story window for me. He suggested adding a little more length than the typical half-way point since it’s a west facing, second story window which worked out so much better than my original plans.
