“ZERO Rating -> If you're a homeowner wanting to replace your roof, you need to read this review. In April 2025 we contracted CS Roofing Concepts to replace our roof under an insurance claim. Within one week of the roof installation, we seen visible issues all over our roof and we were told by a professional home inspector and a dryer vent company that we had serious problems with our entire roof, nails popping, shingles lifting up and not adhesiving, fisheyes or rippling thru-out the roof, missing shingles where no overlapping of shingles was made, ridge vent was not the correct size and was varping, new dryer vent installed did not meet the residential code, new attic breeze installed was leaking water, there were many leaks from this new roof installation and reported by a licensed home inspector. A/C company found a duravent cracked by new roof installation that would allow carbon monoxide gas to escape from our HVAC system (causing immediate danger to life), and in the coming winter months this gas could leak when the heater would have turned on, hot water piping to the roof vent was resting against the decking causing overheating on the wood and possible fire hazard and not”

“After my claim got rejected multiple times, I lost hope and was ready to pay out of my own pocket to have my roof replaced. I contacted Michael and Greg to get a quote. They came, inspected my roof, and suggested that I submit a hail damage to my insurance. I explained the disappointment I had experienced, and they introduced me to an adjuster and attorney and suggested that I work with them. After heeding their advice, I finally received a settlement. I contacted them again to award the roof replacement project to them. They worked swiftly to schedule my roof replacement after I signed the contract and paid the deposit. In the middle of the project, a local storm decided to pass by and cause some leak damage on several areas on my ceiling. Michael rushed to have them inspected himself and employed his crew to come the next day to patch and paint my ceiling. Once the project was completed, they and their crew cleaned the area thoroughly, ensuring no nails, roof shingles, and trash left behind. They were at my house when the claims examiner came and followed him as he inspected my roof. A claim was filed and my insurance company covered a replacement for my roof due to the hail damage.
