Texas Home Installers

Texas Home Installers handles fencing work out of Sugar Land, Texas. Sarkis runs the operation and oversees aluminum fence projects along with gate installations. The company takes on full fence replacements and coordinates material deliveries through local suppliers like Home Depot to match customer needs.

Customers call them for aluminum fence builds that require careful scheduling around busy households. Sarkis reviews material orders to cut waste and keeps materials secure during delivery. Crews arrive early on install days, work through unexpected site issues such as securing yards overnight for pets, and finish gates and pickets so the final fence stands straight and functional. Reviewers note the team removes old fencing debris and leaves the area clear.

Sarkis answers calls quickly even after multiple questions and adjusts timelines when plans change. The crew shows up on schedule, keeps the site orderly each day, and charges prices that stay within the original quote without added fees. Work covers areas across Texas with same-day responses on estimates and follow-through from start to finish.

Reviewers repeatedly mention strong communication, clean job sites, and solid fence results across dozens of projects. One review stands out for criticizing high quotes and slow replies. DIRT Score 4.3 from 46 reviews on Finds.

“These guys did an amazing job on our aluminum fence. The highlight of the job was working with Sarkis and his professionalism. He was accommodating to our busy schedule and rescheduling, always with a friendly and can do attitude. He navigated a very complicated shipping order and worked with my local HD, facilitate safe arrival and storage of materials. And lastly, he is very patient while explaining any and all aspects of the industry, when I had many questions. A+.”

“From the very beginning, this project proved that quality fence installation is about much more than building a fence—it’s about professionalism, communication, and standing behind your commitments. I want to especially recognize Sarkis Nohra, whose involvement went far beyond what one would normally expect. He carefully reviewed the project, helped optimize the material order, coordinated directly with Home Depot, answered every question promptly, and remained available throughout the entire process. Whenever an issue arose, he listened first, worked collaboratively, and focused on finding the best solution rather than the easiest one. That level of ownership is increasingly rare. I would also like to recognize the installation crew led by Eliezer Gutierrez. They were courteous, hardworking, highly skilled, and showed genuine pride in their craftsmanship. During installation, they adapted to the natural grade of the property while maintaining a clean, professional appearance and paying attention to details that make a real difference in the final product. They treated both the property and the project with respect from start to finish. The finished fence is beautiful, solid, an”

“I couldn’t be happier with my experience—not just with the company, but with the owner, Sarkis. He’s an outstanding person and runs a fantastic business. As an engineer, I really valued their meticulous attention to detail. From the very beginning, it was clear I didn’t need to constantly follow up with them like I’ve had to do with other contractors. They consistently went the extra mile and genuinely cared about my satisfaction. The fence and gate came out beautifully, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Sarkis for any future projects.”

“Texas Home Installers did an amazing job on my fence installation. From the quote process to the actual install everything was easy and quick. “We, had our gutters installed, good price great service installer was nice ready to talk to and got things like i wanted.”

“We had our fence replaced today , and the finished product looks amazing. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations, and the price was very competitive compared to other quotes I received. I am sure this review sounds like many others.. but what separated this company from many other contractors I have used is how they handled an unexpected issue. Upon arrival, the crew initially planned to remove the old fence, set the new posts, and return the following day to install the pickets. Unfortunately, that approach would have left my yard unsecured overnight, which wasn’t an option because I have dogs. Once I explained my concerns, they listened, were flexible, and returned with additional crew members and completed the entire 250’ fence in one day, ensuring my dogs remained safe and my property secure. The way they handled the situation professionally and without argument shows a level of customer service that is hard to find. The end result is a beautiful, sturdy fence that has completely transformed the look of my property. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.”

He takes what I want and executes it but better. His service is unparalleled and his pricing is competitive. Every person he's sent to my home does an outstanding job with the work needed and cleans up after. I really could not recommend Texas Home Installers more.”
