CAC Fencing & Construction, LLC

CAC Fencing & Construction runs fencing and related work out of Tigard. Alex leads the crew on jobs that cover new fence installs, deck builds, patio covers, drywall and painting, concrete pours, paver work, retaining walls and pressure washing. The company holds a CCB license and has put in more than fifteen years on these projects. They handle both simple fence replacements and bigger builds that combine several of those services on one property.

Homeowners bring them in when old fences fall apart or get hit by trees, when gates need fixing after bad earlier work, or when they want a new deck torn down and rebuilt. Alex and his crew have handled wire fences on tricky lots next to protected land, added gates that match existing runs, put up good neighbor style fences on slopes with trees in the way, and combined fences with raised bed retaining walls. Reviews note they also tackle painting, roof fixes, gutter installs and full exterior updates before a sale. The same customers often call back for repeat fence jobs or add on deck and painting work.

Alex and the crew answer calls quickly, show up within a couple days for quotes and finish most installs in a week or less. They keep in touch through the whole job, stick to the plan or adjust on the spot when surprises come up, and leave the site clean. Pricing comes in competitive compared to other bids, and they work rain or shine in the Tigard area. Crews start on time, keep noise and language in check when kids are around, and finish early on several projects without cutting corners.

“Fantastic work, fast and great at everything for my project on our HOA sheds, and fences and steps damaged by a fallen maple tree. New gutters installed. Virtually 2 new roofs for each shed. They can do it all. Reach out to Alex and he will tackle your project at a great price. Not all completed pics have been shown. But outperformed expectations.”

“I had a 12’ gate that was built incorrectly, by a friend. Instead of replacing it, I decided to extend the fence and add a 4’ gate. I had 4 contractors out to give me quotes to fix it. The first one was an insane amount, the second one ghosted me and the third one quoted me for a completely different project than we discussed. After trying for several months to get someone to fix it, Alex came out within a couple days of contacting him, gave me a super reasonable quote, within just a couple days, and completed the project the following week. Great work, great communication and a great price!”

“We have worked with Alex on several projects and have always been extremely happy with the results. He has great attention to detail, exceptional communication and his work is outstanding! He just completed a fencing project at our home and we could not be happier with the results! It is even better than we envisioned. We highly recommend Alex and his team!”

“Alex and his crew were awesome! Great communication. Friendly and professional service. They have a very efficient process for demo & new fence install. Our new good neighbor style fence looks amazing!!”

“Alex and his team completed a wonderful backyard project for us. Alex was professional, attentive and a great communicator throughout the process. We so appreciated him taking the time to create a custom plan for us that involved our neighbor. His team was consistently on time and completed the project ahead of schedule. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and love our new fence!”

“Alex and his crew are amazing! My husband and I hired them to replace and repair our fence. The crew had the current fence pulled down and hauled out within ~45 minutes, and the new fence built in 7 hours. We ran into a few surprises with areas of the fence we wanted to keep, and Alex had great, quick solves for us. Everyone was great to work with. Would absolutely recommend!”

“Great experience. We got several quotes and CAC was the best. They were timely and easy to work with. They saved us money by doing a nicer gate in the front yard and more of a farm style in the back yard.”

“Thank you Alex and crew of CAC Fencing & Construction LLC for completing our fencing project. The fence with a concealed raised bed retaining wall turned out fantastic. Attaching a few photos because the crew were great. And in Oregon come rain or shine the job gets done. We experienced both.”

“Alex and his team did great work building our new deck and tearing down the old one and hauling it away. I’m really impressed with their quality of work. And the deck is beautiful. Highly recommend!”

“I’m thrilled with the work done on my property! I have had so many compliments on my new fence and custom gate! I highly recommend Alex and crew!!”

“Alex and his crew did a great all-around job. They started on time, and wrapped things up very quickly. The project came out great, and at a very reasonable price. They also helped me out with some roof maintenance and improvements. I plan to use them again!”

“Alex and Tommy did an incredible job installing a wire fence around our property. We have a unique property that backs up to protected environmental space which makes traditional fencing not an option. Alex came out and immediately caught the vision and provided options that hit the mark and stayed within our budget. From the initial bid to installation and clean up, these guys were some of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. When we had trouble finding the right materials for the project due to supply shortages, Alex was diligent in calling around to find the right material at a fair price. Alex’s communication throughout the process was outstanding. Once we were able to get our hands on the material, he and Tommy finished the project way faster than we had imagined and were gracious as we made a few last minute adjustments to the plan. We’ve done a lot of home projects in the last two years and none of the vendors have come close to the level of communication + high quality outcome we experienced with Alex. I would highly recommend them for any fencing needs.”

“5/5, 10/10, 100/100. Alex and his crew were simply great to work with. They were fast, efficient, and easy. We are very happy with the final fence. Highly recommended!”

“Alex and his team are great! We received a fair quote and was scheduled quickly. Alex and his crew showed up on time and jumped right in. Everything was done in a timely manner and they cleaned everything up. I will definitely use CAC Fencing and Construction again!”

“Alex and the CAC Fencing & Construction crew did a fantastic job tearing out an old chain-link fence and installing new, beautiful cedar fencing along our large backyard. This project was rather complicated with a sloped incline and a large tree removal needing to be accounted for. The whole team was extremely professional, on-time, worked efficiently, and continuously helpful with recommendations throughout the whole process—always problem-solving and flexible both around our own timeline and simultaneous construction work being done on our neighbor’s home. Overall, I would recommend Alex and his team to anyone looking for a competitive, quick, and professional fence install. We will definitely be keeping them in mind for future work with our new house. 10/10!”

“I’ve used CAC for 3 fence projects. His bids are very competitive and the quality is excellent. His team of workers are the best. They show up on time and work with you to get this final project to meet all you expectations.”

“I don't think I've ever written an online review before, but just looking out my home office window enjoying the view of my new fence and figured I should. Alex and his crew took down a 30 year-old fence and installed a new one quickly, professionally, and were very financially competitive. They finished an entire week earlier than expected! And with children at home while they were working, it was nice to hear the crew laughing and never using foul language while working hard. Definitely would highly recommend them.”

“Alex and his crew did an amazing job on my fence. They completed it sooner than estimated and made sure I was happy with the result. I will definitely use them again for future projects.”

“We cannot say enough good things about CAC Fencing. They helped us tremendously with our Rivenes Park Playground project. Their crew worked quickly, professionally, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. Their kindness, efficiency, and quality of work made a huge difference for our community. They truly went above and beyond, and we are incredibly thankful for everything they did. I now have them saved on speed dial for the city and would highly recommend adding them to yours. Thank you Alex, Karen & Team! <3 Molly @ Public Works, City of Hubbard Oregon”

“I have used Alex and his crew for 2 fence projects in the past few years which is why I chose them to update my home so I could sell it. Flooring, carpet, lighting, painting, countertops and power washing. Communication and details are very important to Alex and he never skips this area. His workers are friendly and respectful and I enjoyed my interactions with them.”
