“I had Cascade bid on a couple of projects, one being ~350 feet of cedar fence and the other being deck stairs. I ultimately hired them to build the deck stairs for a preexisting Trex deck. The matched the material, color, and railing of the already existing deck and the completed stairs look great. The stairs look like they were part of the original deck and are a natural fit. I worked with a number of folks at Cascade over the course of the project, including: Kamden, Tavis, Shawn, and Joseph. All were professional and communicative. Even though we didn’t hire them for the Fence, their website and expertise were immensely helpful. I would recommend them and I would hire them again for future projects.”

“We got five separate quotes to have our fence replaced, and Cascade's was the least expensive with the best materials (steel posts). The quote came with a full video explaining everything they do, as well as a breakdown of their three pricing tiers, which was appreciated. After we signed the contract, the project manager, Jed, came out to verify measurements and reconfirm the scope of work. The turnaround time was very quick, with the install occurring about a week after we paid the deposit. We were initially quoted 3 days for the install, however, Kyle, Chris, Edgar, and Primo were incredibly efficient and finished everything within a day and a half. This was appreciated, given that we have two dogs who are not too keen on having to be kept on leash in the backyard. At the end of day 1, the crew actually put up pieces of the old fence as a temporary boundary for us to let our dogs run free, which was really considerate of them. They made the process as seamless and easy as possible, and I'm very grateful!”

“Cascade was great to work with - they have you video your project, send it in and they get you an estimate. Pretty slick. They came out to talk thru the project and discussed options but no hard sell (which I appreciate). They assign a project manager (Blake in my case) to coordinate and keep things on schedule. However, the heroes of the project were Michael + Jonathan who built our fence. The took out the prior fence and checked in with our 96 yr old neighbor that we share the fence with to make sure he approved. He did! The walked me thru the finished fence and even added a “puppy protector” mini fence to keep our dog contained. They were super respectful, kind and FAST. It looks great and with the great warranty, we couldn’t be happier.”

They worked with us on the 100% custom design for months before ever asking for a penny or a contract, and they built exactly what we came up with quickly, professionally, and adapted to several design changes and tweaks as we went without issue. They estimated 6 weeks to build, but it was functional in 3 and finished completely on schedule. The team is friendly, good at problem solving, and build what they say they're going to build. Pricing was on the higher side, but Kurt and Blake were super helpful getting the price down. Tyler & Corey did a great job with constructing our fence. Tyler was communicative and made sure I was happy with the layout & design as they went through the construction. The top rail was a bit rough at the end of installation, and I wasn’t aware they didn’t do “finish” work, but Blake came out and personally sanded all the rough edges. I really appreciated that!
