“We have been using Menke’s Carpet warehouse for about 16 years. Throughout that time we have had tile, hardwood floors and carpet installed. Without exception all aspects of this establishment have proved to be outstanding. We recently replaced carpet that they had installed 15 years ago. Paula was so helpful with our selection and even helped us select the best color to complement our existing furnishings. Sergio was very meticulous and careful in the removal of the old carpet and the installation of the new. The installation of the carpet on the stairs was truly tedious and time consuming. Sergio is very talented at what he does. From the selection of quality products to the professional installation of their materials we have always found Menke’s to be a superior choice for all of our tile, wood flooring and carpet needs. We recommend them without hesitation.”

“I am so happy with my flooring and carpeting. Jennifer is amazing! She is fun and kind and dependable. She most certainly knows what she’s doing! Menke is an honest, dependable, and first class company. Maui, Steven, Phonsie and Ben are the best installers in town! I will never go anywhere else!”

“We decided on Menke's Carpet Warehouse to replace our floors in our house. We went to their warehouse and we were greeted promptly by Missy. She showed us numerous samples of luxury plank vinyl and gave us a few of the ones we picked out to take home to see how they looked in the house. After choosing our favorite we were sent a quote. Their pricing was very competitive. We set an install date they arrived promptly. The installers, Maui and Steven, were great. Their professionalism really showed upon completion of the project. We are extremely happy with our new flooring. We would recommend Menke's for anyone needing new flooring.”

“We had our flooring throughout the house and tile work in our kitchen done and completed last month and I can’t say enough positive things about our experience! I was very nervous at the beginning, but Paula was such a joy to work with and kept me well informed throughout the whole process. Paula assisted with making all the difficult decisions when it came to color and designs and I so appreciated her help and opinions! All the different crews that were in our home were very professional and left no mess behind! They informed me every evening of their progress and what to expect the next day! My makeover experience went above and beyond our expectations and i highly recommend going and talking with Paula and letting her help with your next remodel! You will not be disappointed!”

“Paula and Jayme are the best ! The customer service is far beyond the best of any flooring company in town ! I’m a home builder here in town all I have to do is give them a budget and a direction I would like to go and they design a complete package even the paint colors. I have yet to have a home that I don’t get rave reviews on all the tile and flooring they’ve selected ! If your looking at tile or carpeting look no further this is where you need to shop.”

“The staff at Menke are the best. My sales person explained the different product options available and broke down the benefits of each to give me the best product for my money. My experience with Menke was much better than dealing with big box stores.”

“Horrible work even after redoing it. Never use this company. We have been out of our house going on 5 weeks and after everything we have to hire another company to do it again. Paula tried but every tiler was horrific. They have only given a little more than half of total we Paid should've gave it all back as poorly as we have been treated. They also left our house and yard a complete disaster with no offer to fix what they tore up and left filthy. This has been a horrible experience for us.”
