“These guys messed my garage up 3 times and said they would fix it. 10 months and now they dont even contact me or return my phone calls or emails. Im now being forced to take legal action. They did my last house a friends house and my parents home. I recommended them to them and others. They have left me with a messed up garage. “Along with my neighbors, Rush and Reef applied their polyaspartic coating to our three garage floors. Sarah was fantastic to work with. She came out and visited with each of us, helped with our color choices, and worked with us on finalizing the quotes. Rush called me to discuss the project, and he was on-site all day during installation of our floors. The finished product looks great, the crews were on-time, professional and courteous. Everything went very smoothly and we couldn't be happier. I think I speak for my neighbors when I say that we would all strongly recommend R&R if you are considering having your floors done. “It's been over 6 months and company has not called me back.Part of deck you resurfed has now developed a hole the size of a coffee can lip. They do not call back and apparently they warranty is no good since they do not call back or come out to fix the pool deck. I would suggest that if you are thinking about using them done. Now it's May and you still have not come back. The holes are in the middle of the deck not along the seams. It you would come out and look yoy would see that the problem is the installation. Why don't you want to come out and see. Nine months and will not return a call . And the person who is the one that is supposed to answer the call sees my number and hangs up. Really poor service and their warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on.”
