Before the payment was made, communication and service seemed fine, but after they received the payment, I felt like they were much less responsive and didn’t really care about addressing my concerns. The workmanship was also not as good as I expected. After the tile installation, I noticed several issues that made me question the quality and attention to detail of the work. When you are paying a significant amount for a flooring project, you expect both professional installation and good customer service, especially when problems come up afterward. Overall, I don’t feel that the quality of the work or the after-sales service matched what I paid for. Based on my experience, I would recommend that customers inspect the work very carefully before making the final payment and make sure any concerns are addressed beforehand.”

“They replaced all of my carpet. Price was fair and the product was as expected. Sales guy was nice and accommodating throughout the process. However, I would not recommend this place based on the installers. These are the company's own installers. We were told the installation would take from about 10am to 6pm. They stayed past 8pm and still had to come back the next day. They left nails and razor blades throughout the house and in our cul de sac, where one of the razors were found lodged in our car tire. Installers left trash in the house and left bits of carpet.”

The work took about 1 week from start to finish, which was exactly how much time they said it would take. “Had 1 hiccup in the beginning but after that the manager and his team of installers did a fantastic job. 2 days and the job was done, that’s with busting up the tile and removing in 1 day and another day to lay the wood. They cleaned up after themselves which made it much easier to do a deep clean. Well after they completed the floors, the shoe mold needed to be put down and that took forever. The project started in March and they finally finished in July. I reached out and no one contacted me back until I started leaving nasty messages. Let’s just say I am glad this project is over and I want be using them for future projects…”

The crew showed up on day one of demo and removed all of our existing hardwood in 1 day. They spent the next 3 days prepping the concrete and laying floors.
