Palace Floors & Remodeling

Palace Floors & Remodeling operates out of Allen, Texas, where David runs the business. They focus on flooring work and related remodeling. The company supplies and installs hardwood floors, custom solid hardwood, laminate, porcelain tile, ceramic tile, marble, slate, carpet, and granite countertops. They also handle kitchen and bathroom remodeling along with shower work across the Dallas Fort Worth area.

Homeowners have brought them in for tile replacement in kitchens and bathrooms, full floor changes using wood look tile downstairs with engineered wood upstairs, hardwood across entire first floors, carpet swaps in multiple rooms, and manufactured hardwood in living areas. One project combined a master bath shower with glass and tile, plus floor tile in two baths, a kitchen, breakfast area, and laundry room. Crews handled removal of old tile, hardwood, and carpet while moving furniture carefully.

David meets customers, explains product choices, works to match target prices, and stays flexible on install dates. Crews arrive on time each day, keep homeowners updated on progress, finish on schedule, and leave the work area clean. The company serves towns including McKinney, Plano, Frisco, and others in the region, with reviewers noting the crews handle baseboard removal and reinstallation to keep the look consistent.

The business shows a 4.9 rating. Reviewers repeatedly note David's straightforward approach and knowledge, the professional crews, solid quality on large and small jobs, and clean results with no follow up problems.

“I'm so glad I went to Palace Floors based on the previous Google reviews! David is amazing! He's helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He worked within my budget and everything was completed on time. The floors look amazing and I've even received compliments from other professionals I've had at the house to do other work about what a great job they did on the floors. Thank you David for all your help! You have my business for life and I would recommend you to anyone!!”

“We have used palace floors to install a new tile in the kitchen and one bathroom. The experience was great by any measure. David was extraordinarily helpful and friendly! Very pleased with the efficiency and the quality of the overall process. Everything has done on time. The crew was very professional and they cleaned up very well. I highly recommend.”

“We were actually ready to go with Nebraska Furniture to do the flooring in our new home, and decided to stop by Palace Floors. Not only were they able to provide some savings in total out the door price with the same exact flooring (wood looking tiles downstairs, engineered wood upstairs) and materials, but they were very detailed in every aspect of their installation (verified with our own eyes). It wasn't a rush job where they were just trying to install the flooring as quickly as possible. They spent some time to make sure everything was installed correctly (on about 4000 sq ft of flooring). I waited a few months post install before writing this review to make sure everything was still good. We have no issues with our floors so far and are quite happy with Palace Floors!”

“David and his crew just finished work at our house and we couldn't be happier. We had been thinking about a consistent flooring look for the first floor of our home and were having challenges in getting what we thought was a fair price for the scope of the work. David and Palace floors was the fourth contractor we talked to and he really worked hard to understand what we wanted, found the flooring we were looking for, and hit our target price. David's flooring crew is top notch. They were very careful in moving furniture and during the removal of the existing tile, hardwood, and carpet. They were on time every day and kept us up to date on the project and what was coming up next. We had chosen a mixed width LVP product that would be used throughout our main floor. It went in without a hitch and I was amazed at their skill in laying down such a complex floor as there pattern had to match coming around from another part of the downstairs. The crew was very polite and kept the work area clean and neat never leaving a mess overnight. They hauled away all of the debris from the old floor and the new product. I don't think I found anything that they missed in cleaning up at the end of”

“So I did my research, met with multiple contractors and companies, and decided to go with Palace flooring. I like the transparency and honest approach David is delivering. Not only he knows what he is talking about, he is very authentic and looks out for your best interest. We replaced floors upstairs and planning replacing downstairs in March. The installation guys were professionals and did quality job, couldn’t be happier with the experience and end result.”

“David at palace floors is a great man. He runs his business with great integrity. He is a client of ours and we are a client of his. Thanks for everything david.”

“This is our 2nd experience with Palace Floors and I have been more than happy both times. David was very helpful and the guys that did the installation were very professional and have done such an amazing job with my hardwood floors!”

“I'd recommend Palace Floors to anyone. They installed wood floors throughout our downstairs two years ago. Their work was quick, clean and high quality. We had no issues during the project or since. And the owner, David, is a solid person. You can feel confident that he and his team will take great care of your project.”

“Second time using Palace Floors. They were very professional and cleaned up very nicely. We trust David's guys in my home. My wife and I could not be more satisfied. I would recommend Palace Floors to anyone who is considering doing floors and remodeling.”

“I had a fantastic experience with David at Palace Floors. He went the extra mile from the very beginning. From explaining all of the different alternatives to make sure we got the best people for the job... We changed the floors for our entire house, the job was completed on time and the typical unexpected issues addressed very kindly and professionally by David and his team. We couldn't be happier.”

“Amazing experience. David was fast, professional and the new floors look beautiful. His staff was great. No detail was overlooked. Highly recommend Palace Floors!”

“We have used Palace Floors for our third house now. David is easy to work with and is very knowledgeable. He suggested a particular carpet and pad and we picked the color. He was flexible on the installation date and we are very pleased with the carpet and pad he recommended. Thank you David!”

“My wife and I decided to do some research on getting some carpet to replace our 10+ year old builder grade carpet. We have a new baby coming in a couple months and two 4 year olds. We landed on Palace Floors, and boy are we VERY happy about that decision. From the moment we walked in and David met us. Over the next few days we went there 2 or 3 more times. David came out, took measurements and I asked him about looking at doing hardwoods to replace the older non-matching hard woods and tile. We had no plan of this, but the price was really good after we looked at different woods and balanced our carpeting needs. The whole process of picking everything out was so pleasant. We were able to get our install started later that week which I did not expect. It took about a week from start to finish for the hard woods. Luis was an absolutely pleasure to work with. He was here everyday and it was so great to work with the same person everyday. He kept us in the loop with everything he was doing. A few other people came and went, but he made sure he got things done. It took a couple days longer than expected because of the pain of getting up the wood and tile and we also decide”

“I can't say enough great things about David Kash and Palace Floors! We had them tackle three major jobs at our home in McKinney: master bath shower, glass, tile and tub installation; floor tile replacement for two bathrooms, our kitchen, breakfast area and laundry room; and manufactured hardwood for all our downstairs living areas. MASTER BATH: David's teams were terrific in coordinating with our other contractor to complete our master bath renovation. His workers (licensed plumber, tile installation expert, and shower glass company) did superb work at exceptionally reasonable pricing. We are thrilled with the result. TILE FLOORS: While the selection in the Palace showroom was good, David ended up sending us to the showroom of one of his wholesale suppliers in the DFW area to get an even broader choice selection to get the tile that was perfect for our preferences. The installation was flawless. MANUFACTURED WOOD: The acacia wood product that we bought is absolutely stunning. However, here we had a few problems... though nothing that David did not handle effectively. The installation team inadvertently tracked their glue residue (mixed with debris dust) all over the beaut”

“Great prices and great service! We had our kitchen tiles replaced two years ago and just recently had the carpet replaced. Installers were on time and very clean. Couldn't be happier with David and his team. We will absolutely use them again.”

“David and Palace Floors did a great job getting my new (to me) house ready for move in. His crews were on time and worked quickly to get the job done. I had new engineered woods floors, carpets, and vinyls put in and they all look great. I will definitely be coming back to Palace Floors for future projects.”

“First off let me start by saying that we are perfectionist and attention to detail is very important to us. We wanted to redo our floors, kitchen & staircase and after doing a lot of research we decided to make use of Palace Floors. David went above and beyond to keep us happy and we are delighted with the end result. We are planning on redoing our bathrooms in the near future and we will most definitely be making use of Palace Floors again to do that for us. Thank you David for looking after us and for delivering every step of the way.”

“Palace floors did a great job on my hardwood install! David worked to make sure I got the right product and matched the best price with even better service. The install went smoothly, and I was really impressed with the finished product. One touch that you don't get most places is the careful removal and re-installation of the baseboards before and after your floor is done to make it look like the floors are original installation versus afterthoughts. I look forward to using Palace for all of my future flooring needs.”

“Just finished a second project with Palace Floor. David & company were again just awesome. Best prices, best service, and best all around quality in DFW. Thank you David!”

“We are very happy with new carpet we recently purchased with Palace Floors & Remodeling. The new carpet was expertly installed, work area was clean. Pricing was extremely reasonable. David was very professional and friendly.”
