“Needed to replace a broken dryer fast! Checked around the with the big guys and one of them wanted $300 for delivery, install and haul away - that wasJUST CRAZY. So I decided to look local and called Rosenbaugh's. Super kind sales person who took my base requirements and started giving me suggestions, then quoted prices (which were nearly identical to big store places) and then the cherry on the top ... delivery/install/haul away was only $70!! Did the deal right there on the phone and they delivered the next day. Delivery was on time, thorough (he swept my floor before bringing in new unit) and he was efficient. Great experience!”

I had two broken microwaves that needed to be replaced and Ronald knew the size just by looking at the picture! He is very knowledgeable and showed me my choices and prices. “After 20 years I finally upgraded my kitchen appliances that came with the house. I was looking for something a little better than they sell at the retail stores and went to Rodenbaugh's. I decided to purchase the complete Kitchenaid appliances. The people at Rodenbaugh's made it comparable in price from like Lowes or Home Depot. The major differences versus the big companies were in the overall experience (AWESOME), the attention to detail (AMAZING), and making sure we were satisfied (COMPLETELY). But the biggest reason is that I have peace of mind knowing that if there is any problem with any of these appliances that I can call up or go to Rodenbaugh's and speak with a real person. Not some automated robot voices where I am fighting between the seller and the manufacturer of who is responsible to fix the ice maker that keeps breaking. Highly recommend.”

The one I selected was out of stock and on backprder, which can happen, but most companies will just let you wait for however long. I received texts from their sales staff letting me know it was out of stock almost immediately, they asked if I'd like to look at other options, walked me through what was important to me (color, glass top, buttons up on top, budget) and he went to work. He found multiple options, and sent recommendations with his reasoning on them. 10/10 sales response to what could've been a huge headache. My father went and picked up the new range, dropping off his old one for disposal as well. He said he was glad I bought from them, because everyone was so friendly and helpful. He mentioned that everyone he saw went above and beyond to help him, including the guy driving the forklift, the point of contact closest to the door, and 2 other staff who helped him in the parking lot.
