“First Chris, the salesman gave me a presentation for flooring in my bedroom. He explained the process in detail. Answerd all my questions very professional with great knowledge. Showed me the different flooring and showed me one that was perfect. I told him I had several more quotes to get. The following week I contacted Chris and told him that I received a lower quote for a very similar floor. He ask me to send it to him and he would match it which he did. I scheduled the install for Monday and I was very pleased with the crew. Very respectful explained everything to me once I agreed everything was correct they started with the installation. The process was fast and thorough. They did a great job right down to every detail. We did a final inspection and I signed off on the install. I would recommend 50 floor to anyone wanting quality products and great customer service at a price that can't be beat.”

“Juan and David are absolutely amazing and made are frustrating experience into an amazing experience and I will be back because of them!!! I feel like there were several miscommunications and untruths. When we had our sales rep out one of the selling tactics that was give from her boss is that they said there was an abundance amount of the High Ball flooring in stock so they gave us an extra discount, and another discount for this and another discount for that. I didn’t really like all those selling tactics. Just give the customer straight up facts and honest estimate. Not all these selling tactics. This will improve your customer experience. The day before we were told they didn’t have enough product for our job so they were not going to be able to do our job in one day as promised. What do you mean??? This is why you gave us one of those 500 discounts….. Then they called and said they could do the job but it was going to take 2 days not one as promised in the original agreement. David and Juan, the installers, arrived. They did an amazing job. They relived all my frustrations and ended my experience from a bad to an amazing experience. “Definitely NOT the flooring I signed up for!!! What I ordered was light wood flooring without dark knots in it. The sample I was shown didn’t have dark knots. The AI image of what the flooring would look like in my home did not have dark knots in it. The three boards I was shown before installation did not have dark knots. Yet here we are, flooring with a ton of dark knots… the first two photos was what I was shown before installation, the last two are what I received. Now no one is contacting me back despite my urgent plea!! Buyer beware, don’t be fooled!!! EDIT: The installers did do a really good job however I do need to note that baseboards will need to be repainted after install. The installers did tell me this immediately upon arrival but it’s something that should have been previously mentioned as I just had my entire house professionally repainted and now I have to go back and repaint all the base boards and up some of the walls. Apparently that’s mentioned in the fine print of the contract. UPDATE: THE LIARS SAID THEY SPOKE TO ME YESTERDAY AND CLOSED THE COMPLIANT!!! I SPOKE WITH NO ONE!!!”

“WORST COMPANY EVER. Had flooring installed at mine and my girlfriend’s house three weeks ago. They absolutely bait and switched us. What we were shown was NOT what we received. The floors are hideous with black knots all over the place. We have been patiently trying to resolve the issue but they REFUSE TO CALL US BACK. Despite telling my girlfriend multiple times that she would receive a call back she has not been able to speak with anyone willing to help. AVOID THIS LYING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! If there is ever a problem, there will be no problem with tracking a contractor down because in this case they work for the company. Our installation happened a month after we signed the contract due to issues with manufacturer. Our installation appointment was changed 3 times wh”
