“We had American Concrete Coatings apply the Polyurea base coat, Domino vinyl flakes and the Polyaspartic top coat to our three stall garage in Aubrey, TX. We also had the verticals done in the garage and the one foot area outside the garage. It turned out amazingly. After the completion of the ACC work, we had a friend trim out the garage with white 4" PVC base boards from Home Depot. I then caulked the top of the base boards white and painted the red brick steps a black color. We highly recommend American Concrete Coatings and their employees Eddie and Eric. “I had a garage coated. The epoxy is peeling and the work comes with a 5 year warranty. The communication has been horrible trying to get tye warranty work done. The work may initially be good but they don't honor the warranty”

“Having painted my garage floor twice before using epoxy paint and both failing within 3 years, I decided this third time would be done by professionals. After some amount of research I went with American Concrete Coatings that use the Penntek concrete coating product. Nathan and his assistant, Ernesto, first moved everything out of the garage into a large trailer, then spent the next day prepping and applying the new surface coating. The results are stunning! I highly recommend using American Concrete Coatings and especially recommend having Nathan and Ernesto do the work.”

“Besides my install being delayed due to the custom flakes that we ordered, the workers were great, and the work was exceptional. Delays happen from time to time, but communication is key as far as rescheduling is concerned. The communication of the potential delay is the only reason for the 4 instead of 5. “Overall, I am pleased with the look and quality of the concrete. However, after consideringing what I paid, I think I overpaid because the sales rep, Chris, told me the concrete would be leveled and water would flow off of it when it got wet. Well, the Foreman, Nathan, took a look at it and said they could not guarantee there would not be a puddle of water. He asked me to sign a agreement that said there migh be water in an area. When I had the consult, I told Christ main concern was the draining of water. He assured me then and two months later that it could be accomplished. Chris also took the before picture to make sure the spot could be fixed.. Then when the crew arrived, they had to call and ask Nathan to come out and see if they should start the job. I had already waited 2 months to get this done and I wanted my new patio finished. In hindsight, I should have canceled and look in to other companies. So every time the concrete is wet I have to squeegee the settled water off. This was a true case of sales guy tells you anything to get the sale. I know better now but I have to caution you. Be aware!”

“We used American Concrete Coatings to coat our floor in our new dog kennel. They did an amazing job! The floor looks absolutely beautiful and has made our everyday job with cleaning the kennel so much easier! This was an investment well worth it and we highly recommend American Concrete coatings! “My initial patio concrete coating installation was completed in 2021, The following year, I contacted the company regarding warranty work, and they came back out and re-did a top coating on some of the bad areas that discolored. Then in 204 nearly all of the concrete coating was chipping away and looking bad. The top shiny surface was also coming off when brushed. In the summer of 2024, and after repeated calls and threats of legal action, the company owner came and looked at my patio and agreed to grind off the old coating and reapply it with a new coating. This work was completed, but now the company refuses to offer me a new 10 year warranty with the new application, even though it was stated in the contract I signed. Poorly managed company, with no regard for past customers. Phones are not answered and voice mails are not being returned.”

“Disappointing Experience !! We had scheduled an epoxy coating service well in advance. Leading up to the appointment, wife made several calls to discuss rescheduling due to weather concerns, as we were worried about how rain might negatively impact the finish. However, the concerns were dismissed with the reasoning that "it probably won’t rain." On the day of the service, when it was clear it would rain and continue for several days, We decided it wasn’t worth the risk of ending up with a cloudy finish. Considering the $2,700 cost (half of which had already been paid), I called to reschedule. After several calls , VP of the company called, who: 1. Insisted that rain wouldn’t affect the outcome and dismissed my concerns. 2. Stated he was no longer interested in doing business with me. 3. Said he would charge me for labor and product costs, refunding only the remaining balance. 4. Claimed he was more familiar with Texas laws than I am. While I understand that some preparations might have been made, I believe flexibility should be offered to reschedule under such circumstances. Ironically, based on other reviews, the company appears to have rescheduled on their terms in the past, yet”

The entire process was a nightmare from start to finish. I initially dealt with their salesperson, Joe Primavera, who sold me on their garage floor coating service. However, once I signed the contract, Joe became completely unresponsive. He never returned my calls or texts, despite promising to be available throughout the process. I was initially told the work would be completed in the first week of May. Understandably, this was delayed due to rain, and I was given a new date in early June. However, the scheduled day came and went with no one showing up. When I called the office, I was informed that they had forgotten to tell me the installation had been rescheduled to the end of June. This lack of communication was absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. The only positive aspect of my experience was the crew that e”

The men had a real difficult time pulling it up, but they did get it up and had to really work long and hard to get all the glue and old carpet residue off patio. Then use heavy grinders to completely clean surface before applying coating. It is so pretty now, thanks guys.”
