“I had counter tops installed in my master bathroom and another bathroom on the 2nd floor of my house. The service from start to finish was absolutely great. The installers did a great job on installing the counters, no over caulking, no cracks, no scratches, actually looks better than the builder who constructed my house. Definitely will use this company again to update the counters in my kitchen. I want to personally thank Lauren Kempa for making sure I was satisfied with my selections, installation and all concerns that I encountered. Best company I have dealt with so far in the metroplex.”

“If you’re going to work with this company, I’d highly recommend only working with Lauren. The Vice President, Kateri, lacks attention to detail, customer service, and communication. When my fiancé and I completed our bathroom project in June 2025, we worked with Lauren and she was amazing — extremely detail-oriented, helpful, and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. However, when we returned in April 2026 for our kitchen project, we worked with Kateri and had a completely different experience. Halfway through helping us with the quote, she handed us off to Lauren to finish it, despite still remaining our main point of contact. After we submitted our down payment, we were told installation would take place within two weeks of templating/final measurements. After two weeks passed without any communication, I called Kateri only to find out she had forgotten to send over our layout approvals, delaying the project another week and a half. On top of that, she also missed adding the backsplash to our layout despite us clearly discussing it, and when the issue was discovered, the additional charge was placed back on us. Now, only two weeks after installation, we’ve”

“Lauren is excellent and has such design expertise. My kitchen countertops and backsplash turned out beautifully. Both the countertop installers and backsplash experts took time to ensure all work was perfect. Thank you for all of your time and talents!”

“From the beginning I walked in , Lauren was like talking to a friend. She always answered my questions and knows how to put a room together I trusted the process and loved everything my new carpet looks amazing new bar top is beautiful I love coming here from the sale floor to the installer every one knows how to make you feel good about your choice. The installer were outstanding as well always trust there expertise”

“Pricing is competitive, and they are incredibly helpful. Lauren K. Specifically helped me save a project, when a customer rejected the granite they selected. She helped me reformat the same granite for another project, so I didn’t take a loss on the job, and discounted the re-work. 10/10 would happily work with them, and her again.”

“Hiltons if by far the best company to handle your kitchen and bathroom counter tops. I have used them for numerous projects and they are by far the most organized and punctual company in the DFW. I have dealt with numerous granite companies and when i tell you they are on top of their game there is no other better in the business than them. From the owner to one of the best sales rep (Lauren K) are the gold standard in the industry. I have numerous customers compliment Lauren on her eye for design and color matching. Thank you very much for your assistance on my projects, and making my customers feel important!!”

“My name is Sam Lopez a realtor with Monument Realty. My clients purchased a slab of granite at a great price! Julissa was amazing at communicating and ensuring that my clients were taken care of from beginning to the end of their purchase. I’m looking to update my kitchen soon and I will definitely give her a call. I recommend her 100%. Thank you Julissa for going above and beyond for my clients.”

“We love Wholesale Granite Direct and have used them multiple times now. Our first experience was in our kitchen where they replaced our dated counter tops and back splash but this review is based on our master bathroom remodel. I could let the photos speak for themselves but...wow. Hope was our amazing salesperson though she was far more than that as she coordinated everything and did an amazing job helping us pick out great options for our old brown bathroom. We decided to not use a subcontractor and instead managed the project ourselves, primarily because our subcontractor wanted to use their own person for tiling. Good move on our part. We saved a ton of money and got the amazing tile, floor and counter work (with sinks) you see here. Wholesale Granite installed the floor, all quartz you see and all tile you see in the photos including the shower and window ledge. This is not a paid ad nor was I compensated in any way. Use this company - you will be impressed and happy you did so while saving serious money on costs and finishing exactly on time.”

“Lauren demonstrates exceptional knowledge and professionalism, coupled with a friendly and patient demeanor when assisting individuals who may be apprehensive about making the wrong decision regarding new countertops and backsplash.”

“Everything was top notch!! It all went so smoothly and your staff was so professional and took their time to make sure everything was done to perfection!! Thank you Lauren Kempa for your patience in our long time decision on our selection. We’re so happy and love our counter tops!! You’re a gem!!”

“I’ve worked with Kateri and Sami on different houses now and they, the installers, and fabricators are amazing! I will always go to them in the future and refer my friends and family.”

“I actually cold called this company off of Google among others and got lucky. The man that I talked to turned out to be the owner and I could tell he was very knowledgeable about my project needs in just talking with him. When I came in to the store I was greeted by friendly staff and was referred to Kateri (the other owner) who took care of every aspect about my project. I have done granite projects before and they exceeded my expectations in both pricing and quality of craftsmanship by far. They will be doing my future projects and I have already referred one friend who asked if I knew a good granite person. Now you do too!”

“The customer service at Wholesale Granite is Excellent. Hope was very helpful and enlightening from the beginning to the end. My husband and I had the granite countertops and backsplash installed. Our kitchen look Amazing!!Thanks Wholesale Granite!!”

“I love this place and I was so happy that I found it! I started out having them do new counters and backsplash is in my kitchen. They did such an excellent job that I had them redo all four of my bathrooms next. Everything came out beautiful and very elegant! I was especially pleased with the support that my designer Bailee Harvey gave me. Let me make my own choices but guided me to beautiful examples of my taste. For one of the bathrooms I looked and looked for the right tile and then Bailey came across it and it was absolutely perfect. I also liked the way the rest of the team supported me and Bailee. If Bailee was out then Lauren and Sammy were there to help me and they were wonderful. Simon and the work Crews were also extremely courteous. They tried really hard to do an excellent job and succeeded. My home is now absolutely lovely thanks to this company”

“Kaitlyn was wonderful in helping us with our selections and setting everything up. Her communication is top-notch. The counter top installers were awesome! Our kitchen was cleaner when they left them it was before they got here. I cannot recommend this company enough!”

“We had a great experience with Wholesale Granite Direct. We purchased our bathroom vanity and under mount sinks from them. They were very professional and great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is remodeling. Kaitlyn was so sweet and understanding when our remodel took an extremely long time to get started. She would check with me periodically to check and see how everything was coming. Everyone we we worked with was awesome. Great place to do business!!”

“Lauren is helping us design our new closet and master bathroom. She is very attentive, excited and dedicated to doing an amazing job. I can't wait to see what the final product is. There is no doubt it will be nothing short of jaw dropping.”

“bathroom remodel made me crazy! I was so overwhelmed by my choices I didn't know what to do. Dani asked some questions and was able to help me narrow it down and remember what my vision was! The selection is fabulous and with a little guidance from experienced folks in the showroom, my project is done and looks amazing. Thank you Dani and Wholesale Granite for your help, patience and not breaking the bank!”
