Dallas Countertops & Floors

Dallas Countertops & Floors operates out of Balch Springs and handles custom granite and quartz countertops along with fabrication and installation work across the DFW area. Banda runs the company and oversees projects that include backsplashes, cabinet work, tile and hardwood flooring, and bathroom updates like tub to shower conversions. They keep a stock of over 300 colors and provide free estimates to customers who call or visit their location on Deepwell Road. The business focuses on both small jobs such as single bathroom countertops and larger remodels that cover kitchens and multiple rooms at once.

Homeowners describe projects like kitchen countertops paired with backsplashes, laundry room installations, guest bathroom remodels, and full sets of granite or quartz surfaces in master baths. Reviewers mention cases where previous contractors left them unhappy, yet this crew handled measurements over multiple visits, adjusted plans as needed, and delivered finished surfaces that changed the look of the rooms. Specific jobs included work with Alex on countertops and Marco on cabinets, plus complete flooring swaps in several rooms using tile, bamboo, or hardwoods. Many note that the final results matched what was promised after initial consultations and follow up visits to sort out details.

Banda and the crews stay on schedule, show up when they say they will, and keep communication clear through emails and in person meetings. Customers report competitive pricing that often beat other quotes, with projects wrapping up in as little as two weeks from first visit to install. The company serves the wider Dallas area from its Balch Springs base and handles both quick fixes and bigger jobs without dragging things out. Repeat customers mention using them for multiple homes or over many years because the teams clean up after themselves and stay responsive even on smaller bathroom upgrades.

The business holds a 4.9 rating across 33 reviews, with recurring comments on solid workmanship, fair costs, and crews that finish on time while staying professional throughout. People often return for additional rooms or refer family because the same level of care shows up on every job.

“After two bad experiences, we were very apprehensive of doing a complete remodeling of our kitchen (cabinets and countertops). Banda was recommended by a neighbor, and after review and comparisons, we decided to go with them. For the ones who do not want to read any further, here is the verdict: Outstanding work. Now more details. First visit with Alex (countertops) and Marco (cabinets) lasted 2.5 hours to take all measurements and understand our specific designs and changes. After a week we got an estimate from Banda, as well as plans for the cabinets. As some clarifications were needed, Alex and Marco came back for another 2 hours to work out all the details. A few emails with Banda to nail down a few things and have a very detailed proposal, which we accepted. Work started on day planned. Demolition, prep work, no issue. A suggestion to improve plumbing was made and it was a great idea. Then time for the cabinets; I was very nervous about some cabinets as our island design was complex. In summary Marco executed 100% exactly what we had in mind, it was perfect. Electric rework, countertops, backsplash, all was done flawlessly. We had a tricky countertop for our bar top, and i”
