Epic Flooring

Epic Flooring LLC handles flooring work out of Boerne, Texas. Susan runs the company and meets customers at the showroom on North Main Street. They install wood floors, engineered hardwood, porcelain planks, tile, carpet, and marble, including jobs that match existing surfaces or replace old carpet across multiple rooms. The business keeps regular hours from nine in the morning to five in the afternoon Monday through Friday and stays closed on weekends.

Homeowners call on them for living room and kitchen updates with wood-look porcelain and engineered hardwood, bathroom floor replacements, large tile jobs that cover over a thousand square feet, marble installs with medallions, carpet replacements, and outdoor patio tiling. Reviewers note that Susan and Jose along with the crew finish work ahead of schedule, keep the job site clean, and handle details like moving furniture without damage. Projects often involve switching from carpet to tile or wood while keeping the new surfaces durable and simple to maintain.

Susan stays in touch throughout each job and answers questions quickly. Customers say the crew shows up on time, works efficiently, and leaves the place neat. Pricing comes in lower than other bids they received, and the team serves homes in Boerne and nearby spots like Hill Country Village. “I just had Epic Flooring redo our main living spaces in our Boerne home, and wow—what an amazing experience! Susan helped us choose gorgeous porcelain wood-look planks for the kitchen and family room, plus a really great engineered hardwood in the bedrooms. The team at the N Main St showroom treated us like family, listened carefully, and guided us to perfect, low-maintenance options that match our style beautifully. We really needed that extra touch they provided that you don't get at Home Depot. Installation was smooth and professional—the crew arrived on time, worked cleanly and quickly, and handled every detail flawlessly. Our new floors are stunning, durable, and so easy to maintain—no more stress over spills or scratches FINALLY!! Best customer service and craftsmanship we’ve ever had on all of our home projects. If you’re in the Hill Country and need flooring or remodel work, Epic Flooring is the real deal. Highly recommend—we’re already telling everyone! — Happy Boerne Homeowner”

“Susan and her crew installed approximately 90% of new floors during our remodel in Boerne, TX. Epic Flooring recently replaced our wood floors with marble flooring including a medallion in our Hill Country Village home. Susan has always been honest, on time and reasonably priced for the amount of work that has been done for us. We will continue to use Epic Flooring this year and in the future. You won’t find a better flooring company.”

“Excellent service, great communication, and great trustworthy tradesman. Susan is knowledgable and the price was better than the other estimates I had received. I have to say , at this day and age, it is refreshing to know that there are still good brick and mortar companies like this one left. Pleasure doing business. Highly recommend”

“Susan, this review has been a long time coming. I cannot thank you enough for your experience, expertise and guidance throughout my remodeling journey. You provided the design eye for brightening what was a dark home, and infused style and flair that I could not see. The tile choice for my backsplash and the millwork for our baseboards and windows were spot on. These are but a few pics from when the floors were just installed and of the tile. I will add additional pictures in the coming days to reflect the floors as they are now, 8 months in and perfect!!! You would be hard pressed to find someone as professional, kind and hard working as Susan and her team at Epic Flooring in Boerne.”

“Susan and team did a great job matching existing wood floors done years prior and transforming a carpeted spiral staircase into a striking focal point. They went above and beyond to meet our timeline. I would recommend them and use Epic Flooring again in the future.”
