Patriot Concrete Coatings

Patriot Concrete Coatings handles flooring work out of Boerne, TX. Kody runs the crew and they focus on epoxy flooring, concrete staining, metallic epoxy, flaked epoxy, polyaspartic coatings, and similar surfaces for both houses and commercial spots. The company takes on garage floors, patios, porches, and indoor spaces like mother-in-law suites. They also handle special jobs such as kennel coatings and woodgrain stains on concrete.

Customers call them for garage floors that need to stand up to daily use and patios that get a durable new surface in a single day. Reviews mention Kody and Tyler grinding floors for prep, sealing small cracks, and putting down flake or metallic finishes that stay solid after a year. One crew installed epoxy over existing wood in a couple of days and left a clean, tough result. Others note back porch coatings and front patio stains that came out looking sharp and held up without issues.

Kody and the team answer calls fast, quote jobs quickly, and show up on time even at new builds with tricky access. They coordinate around other contractors, keep homeowners updated on timing, and finish most garage or patio work in one day with fast cure times. Pricing comes in fair compared to other bids, and they cover spots around San Antonio, Converse, and nearby towns while offering veteran and first responder discounts.

“Patriot Concrete Coatings did an incredible job on my mother-in-law suite! I had no idea if a marble metallic floor could even be installed over the existing wood flooring, but Kody walked me through the entire process and reassured me that it would turn out both durable and beautiful. And he was right! In just a couple of days, we had an absolutely stunning floor that completely transformed the space. The whole process was smooth, and the attention to detail was top-notch. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, professional work!”

“Almost a year later and these floors are as good as new! We had Patriot install epoxy flake in September 2018. Kody and Tyler were extremely conscientious in every aspect of this job, quoting, timing, and expectations. We are thrilled with our floors and would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend Patriot Concrete Coatings for a beautiful functional surface!”

“Kody at Patriot Concrete Coatings just recently completed a project to detail our front and back patios in a new woodgrain stain product they offer. The finished product looks amazing and is very durable. I highly recommend Kody; he does professional work with excellent detail and is professional and timely. You cannot go wrong with Patriot Concrete Coatings!”

“We wanted an epoxy floor in our new home and found Patriot Concrete Coatings. Buying remotely, we set everything up with Cody, who took the time to communicate with the builder and set up a visit to the build site. Timing and coordination was needed because we were having to travel back and forth from almost four hours away. On the day of closing, Cody and his crew were there not only on time, but early. The small street was packed with other contractors and Cody was able to work around other crews and pull off an absolutely beautiful epoxy floor when it was all done. We had never had an epoxy floor before, and Cody made recommendations on a color scheme that ended up matching and complimenting the house exterior color perfectly. Patriot Concrete's crew was absolutely professional, cleaned as they went, and left the workspace better than they found it. We are thrilled with how the floor turned out, and the customer service was right on target. We work hard for our money and want to spend it on companies that believe in quality, professionalism, and great customer service. Cody and Patriot Concrete checked every single box and did an exceptional job. If you are considering an epoxy ”

“Couldn't reach the company that I last used, so got a hold of Patriot Concrete Coatings to do the garage at my father's house. They did a good job and it was an easy process. Would recommend to others. Pricing was more than I paid a few years before with another company, but it wasn't too crazy.”

“Love our new garage floor! Kody Pirkle with Patriot Concrete Coatings did a great job for us. One day in and out. Everything just as promised including time schedule and cost. Brad Sanders and I couldn't be happier. So much contractor fraud out there, its nice to find a honest businessman and help a veteran! May God continue to bless you for your service to our country. Thank you Kody and Cody. Now I can workout in my garage! For those considering this, Kody diamond grinded the floor for prep. He sealed minor cracks we had. Walk on in in 2 hours. Park on it in 12 hours. Fast drying! 15 year warranty. All other bids I got were 3 year warranties.”

““Beyond Reproach” this company is hands down the best! Strongly recommend using them not just for garage flooring but a multitude of other possibilities and or designs. Kody and team are professionals and courteous. Thank you very much for doing an outstanding job on our garage floor. Looks fantastic. Karl-”

“Thrilled to have had Patriot epoxy our garage in our new house. I called a few local places for bids. Some refused to quote me, some didn’t respond, but Patriot was quick to quote and schedule me. The crew showed up ON THE DOT at the quoted time. They worked start to finish from morning to afternoon. The job was done in a day, just like they said. Thank you, Patriot. We love our new garage floor.”

“The team at Patriot Concrete Coatings are very professional. The communication was top-notch, with every question answered in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my new garage floor and I highly recommend you give them a call. As a Veteran, I am very pleased to have done business with this Veteran owned business!”

“I have nothing close to being remotely negative to say about this company. I originally scheduled them for one day, then had to put them on hold till further notice, and then reschedule them again. They had to use a GPS location that wasn't even my house, since it was a new build, and then an aerial map to get to my house. Then they had to use instructions to get into the garage since we didn't have keys to our new home yet. They were very professional with all my questions and their pricing is below the typical going rate with the same or higher quality of work. They worked with what I wanted with the epoxy as well as the chip colors for my garage floor. I promise you I will recommend them to everyone I know for epoxy and if I ever need epoxy done again, I will call them without any hesitation! If I had a complaint, it would be that I don't have one of their signs to put in my front lawn to promote their business to the other new builds going up in my area!!!! I can't stress enough, PICK PATRIOT CONCRETE COATINGS! You will not be let down.”
