“Ricardo and team at Shine were everything you’d hope for in a service company…pressing, courteous, reliable, neat, knowledgeable, dedicated and very friendly. They came in and gave a very thorough and professional overview and estimate, scheduled the work according to my schedule and window of opportunity, and Ricardo personally followed up the last day to finish the job in a way that he would be truly satisfied with the work overall. We could not ask for a better experience and they’ll be on my annual maintenance list from here on. Thank you Ricardo and team! You delivered above and beyond, I have clean tile and one less stress! 🙌🙌🙌🥰”

“I recently had my Saltillo Tile cleaned and resealed, along with a glossy finish applied. I feel like I have new floors…..they look like the tile we had when we moved into the house 30+ years ago. The two people who did the work were awesome and worked really hard…..and were so proud of what they did. It was well worth it and I highly recommend them. Mr Nunez was very professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed that he did not try to “hardsell” me into doing a restoration, stating that to meet my goals for the finished product, I would be fine with the deep cleaning. He was right!!”

“Ricardo and his team did a great job getting our house ready for sale. They did grout cleaning and restoration for all the tile floors, they cleaned the tile and they cleaned the showers, including years of soap scum accumulation. They made all these areas look like new. Then we used them again to shampoo and clean all the carpeted areas, and they also did great work on the carpets. We had a tight deadline to start showing the house to buyers, and we got tremendous personal attention from Ricardo in helping us get everything done on time. His staff was very professional and respectful of our home. The costs were reasonable for all their services and we will use SHINE again in the future. We highly recommend them.”

“This company is absolutely amazing! They are so flexible and accommodating. From the initial walk through and assessmentto the end, Ricardo worked well with our schedule and worked around our renovations. They do amazing work, and our before and after pictures are day and night! It updated our home without us having to tear out all of our tile. The painting brought new life to our floors. I would highly, highly recommend this company. They are professional, personable, efficient, and talented. I would definitely and do plan to use them again in the future.”

“WOW! This team is amazing! I needed 2 bathroom floors that were in bad shape cleaned last second and they made it happen. On time, punctual, and proffesional, Ricardo is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain their cleaning process and future care as well. Could not be happier with the results!! 10/10!”

“SHINE Tile & Grout Cleaning did an absolutely amazing job cleaning my tile floors and my bathroom tub tile. I was so pleased with the job they did. 3 workers came and worked on my floors for 8 hours. They scrubbed out stains, recalked around tub and toilets, cleaned behind refrigerator, and washer and dryer. Ricardo was very pleasant and professional and fair.”

“The only problem here is listing all of the good things I encountered in dealing with SHINE Tile and Grout Cleaning. Ricardo showed up at my home exactly on time to do the estimate, which he did in a very thorough and efficient manner, taking "before" pics of my shower, among other things. Good to his word, he sent his estimate that evening. I should add that the price quoted on his estimate was far more reasonable than the estimates given by his competitors. His technicians showed up exactly on time (perhaps even a few minutes ahead of time) and proceeded to make my shower look as close to brand new as possible. They thoroughly cleaned the walls and floor and added new grout where needed. As added steps, they even cleaned the shower window and the glass partition in the shower! When they were finished, Ricardo came by to inspect the work to ensure that everything was up to standard. And did I mention that his pricing blew the others out of the water? Excellent experience all around!”

“We are very pleased with SHINE Tile and Grout Cleaning. They worked two days on 1700 square feet of tiles, taking care not to damage connecting wood floors or the baseboards of built-in cherry bookcases. They cleaned all of our painted baseboards, and they cleaned tile and grout under all appliances. We highly recommend this company.”

“Professional service at a reasonable price! The ceramic tile floors and granite countertop look fantastic! They also color matched repaired missing grout and it blends right in with the older surround area. Highly recommend!”

“This company is amazing! Their work exceeded my expectations. I have about 1500 sq ft of Travertine stone floor and it’s so clean…looks like a piece of masterful art!!!! The bathroom cleaning is beyond anything I thought possible. If you want the best at affordable prices…go with the Shine team!!!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this business! Ricardo and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Very professional, reasonable in price, and they take pride in their work. I highly recommend this company!”

“Mr. Nunez explained the process beforehand. He and his crew did exactly what he said in the time he estimated. A very good price for a job well done. The tile and grout were very discolored and now look almost brand new. He also cleaned the baseboards and put new caulk where needed (including around my toilet). They cleaned up very well and were courteous and polite. Great experience! I highly recommend.”

“I had dreaded for some time tackling the 20 year-old stained grout in my utility room, kitchen, and dining room. I had tried unsuccessfully to clean it myself on numerous occasions. One call to Shine and a week later it is all done…in one day!! The amazing leadership and staff at Shine are great to work with. My kitchen looks new!!”

“We are very pleased with the excellent work provided by Ricardo and his team! Everything from the initial visit to the completion of the work was done in a timely and extremely professional manner. Our tile floors were transformed back to new.”

“They did a beautiful job. The tile/grout look great. They moved furniture and cleaned up everything when they were done. They were here when they said they would be. Very friendly and hard working crew. I highly recommend this company.”

“Outstanding Service from SHINE Tile and Grout Cleaning! SHINE Tile and Grout Cleaning did an incredible job restoring our floors — they look brand new again! The team was professional, thorough, and took great pride in their work. What really impressed us was their dedication to customer satisfaction. After the job was complete, a couple of areas had gotten scratched, and they didn’t hesitate to come back and touch them up perfectly free of charge. That level of care and follow-through is rare these days. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend SHINE to anyone looking for top-notch tile cleaning company.”

“What a difference Shine made with our tile and grout! We had our tile placed 7 years ago and never had it professionally cleaned until now. The two technicians were amazing and did such a wonderful job. I went with painting the grout in the kitchen due to being such a high traffic area. I attached pics, they speak for themselves. I highly recommend this company, I will be using them again when needed!”

“Fantastic finish! Shine Tile & Grout did an awesome job. The technicians were very courteous and detailed in their work. They took great care to ensure our entire floor tile surface (every inch) was thoroughly cleaned, sometimes even applying a little “elbow-grease” when necessary. I highly recommend this company if you value quality work from a professional company.”

“Great job cleaning and re-coloring my bathroom tile. It had aged an ugly orangish color and no matter how much I scrubbed it I couldn’t get it looking good again. Great service and price. I recommend them and will use them again.”

“The photo doesn't do this justice. The grout is noticeably cleaner. Not only were the floors and grout cleaned, the baseboards were cleaned as well. The floor was sealed to protect the tile & grout. Definitely recommend!”
