Premier Garage of North San Antonio

Premier Garage of North San Antonio handles flooring from its base in Boerne. Dolly runs the company and they supply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings along with cabinets, workspaces, wall systems and overhead storage for garages and related spaces. The business covers the North San Antonio area and takes on both residential and commercial projects.

Customers have described epoxy flooring installed on garages, front entrances, stairs and porches along with custom cabinets, slat walls and motorized storage racks added to existing setups. Dolly and Clay handled designs and installations that produced clean results and better organization. One customer moved and matched old cabinets from 2012 with new sections after a property change, while another received a repair on flooring that still held up after fifteen years.

The team responds to quote requests and travels to properties as far as forty miles from the office. Dolly meets clients in person, shows real examples at her own home when needed, and keeps communication open through the process. Scheduling stays flexible, pricing comes in reasonable compared with other bids, and work finishes on schedule with little leftover mess.

Reviews mostly note strong attention to detail, durable finishes and functional improvements, though one lower mark flagged aggressive driving on the highway. Common points include the quality of the products and how the spaces end up more usable. DIRT Score 3.7 from 13 reviews on Finds.

“5-Star Review for The Tailored Closet / PremierGarage of North San Antonio I recently had my garage transformed with a beautiful epoxy floor and custom cabinets from PremierGarage of North San Antonio (part of The Tailored Closet), and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. Dolly, the owner, personally handled the quote process and went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident in our choices. She even invited us to her own home to see a real-world example of the epoxy flooring and cabinetry in action. It was incredibly helpful to see the quality and durability up close in a lived-in space. Throughout the project, the team was flexible and professional, seamlessly handling a few changes and additions we requested without any hassle. The installation crew was courteous, efficient, and left everything spotless. The finished garage looks amazing: the epoxy floor is sleek, easy to clean, and holds up perfectly to daily use, while the cabinets provide tons of organized storage that has completely decluttered our space. Highly recommend Dolly and her team. They deliver top-notch service and products. If you're considering a ”

“Dolly and her team did an exceptional job with our new garage cabinets! From initial consultation through installation the process was smooth and professional.”

“I had some Premier Garage cabinets that I had purchased in 2012 and I moved them to a new property (actually the barn on the property) we purchased in 2017. I wanted to add more cabinets to the barn and I reached out to Premier Garage and got in touch with Dolly. She came out to our property (which was about 40 miles away from her office) and we worked out details to add 26 feet of new cabinets. To my surprise she ended up matching the veneer from my older cabinets. Four weeks later they arrived and installed the cabinets in about 5 hours. Great service, great work - you get what you pay for with this product and Dolly's company.”

“Good experience. After getting options and pricing from three companies I went with Tailored Closet for my garage storage as they were able to provide what I wanted. Dolly was great. She listened to what I wanted and was able to provide the optimal choice in configuration and finishes. I highly recommend them.”

“Our garage looks amazing! The entire process was smooth and professional. The work stations, cabinetry and slat walls have made such a gorgeous and functional improvement! It feels more like a room in our house than an actual garage! Thank you to Dolly and everyone at The Tailored Closet/Premiere Garage! We're looking forward to having our closets, pantry and home office done next! Highly recommend!”

“Such a great experience and result! We loved working with Dolly and her team to find just the right solution for our garage and back patio. Very happy with the final finish and performance.”

“Couldn’t be more pleased with the epoxy flooring done to my front entrance, stairs and porch, a definite upgrade! Highly recommend Dolly Holmes, owner of Premier Garage. Very reputable, reasonably priced, flexible with scheduling, responsive, focused on quality and customer satisfaction.”

“Great touch up repair job! Still looking great after 15 years!”

“These guys did great work, on schedule and clean. Clay was great with his design, communication and follow through. I couldn't ask for a better experience.”

“Tell drivers to use their blinkers. Nks-0994 is driving aggressive in stopped traffic on I-35 and needs to chill out. Swerving in and out of traffic with no blinker.”

“Good communication and good work.”

“Great company led by a great person!”
