Sandoval Tile & Marble

Sandoval Tile & Marble takes on flooring work in and around Boerne. Joe Sandoval runs the crew and teams up with Oscar on tile and marble jobs. They handle bathroom remodels that include full tile replacement, shower rebuilds, floor installs over old stained concrete, patio tiling, fireplace updates, and kitchen floor work. The outfit also steps in on sunroom builds and grout repairs when needed.

Homeowners call on them to fix tile that other crews left uneven or loose in bathrooms. Joe and Oscar lay new tile so patterns line up straight and the surface feels solid underfoot. They cover entryways, living areas, and bedrooms in one go, plus outdoor patios that hold up to weather. Reviews note the crew turns around projects that started wrong and leaves floors and showers looking finished without gaps or rough edges.

Joe quotes prices that land reasonable and sticks to the timeline he gives at the start. The crew shows up when promised, keeps the job site swept each evening, and hauls away scraps once the work ends. They answer calls and texts fast, explain each step, and adjust when the homeowner wants a change mid-job. The same team works in town and at places farther out in the country.

Reviews praise the clean results, fair cost, and steady pace from start to finish. Folks point to the way Joe and Oscar read tricky spots and keep communication open the whole time. DIRT Score 4.3 from 40 reviews on Finds.

“Wow! Wow! Wow! Joe has done two bathroom re-models in my house and he has exceeded my expectations in every way. He has integrity, communicates and follows up in addition to doing excellent work. Oscar, who works with him-and has been with him for at least 5 years, is excellent with tile placement making random patterns of tile appear cohesive-he is a master. The first bathroom tile project was done 5 years ago. I’ve had a contractor in my house who ran his hand over the tile and complimented that it was done so well, even asked me who did the work. I give him my highest recommendation and would hire him again.”

“Joe and his crew did two jobs in our home...one was replacing our old shower tile and putting in new and the second, several months later, was tiling our entry, living, and master bedroom over old stained concrete. Both jobs they did incredible work, for an amazing price and time frame. They left each day with our home looking very nice and cleaned up and took away all trash from the projects when it was completed. Would HIGHLY recommend Sandoval Tile for any tile job! They are very talented and even think of out of the box solutions to areas that may have caused an issue. They are great!”

“Joe was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He took the time to really look at our project and gave thoughtful advice. It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly cares about doing what’s right for the customer. Highly recommend!”

“Joe replaced some shoddy tile work done by a contractor on a recent bathroom remodel. We were impressed by his professional demeanor from the very first meeting. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the original install. He gave us a very reasonable bid for removal and replacement of the original tile. The whole experience from demo to prep to install was done quickly. His crew was always on time and left the worksite clean and tidy at the end of the work day. We were very impressed by the expertise of the tile work, and the project was completed in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Sandoval Tile.”

“We were glad we called and chose Joe to do the remodel of our guest bathroom. He gave us a very reasonable price for the work. He took the time to explain every part of the remodel and he and his workers started and finished in the time frame he stated. He’ll also be starting our next project soon. We highly recommend Joe!”

“Sandoval Tile and Marble has done several jobs for us. All of Joe's work has been done with great care and excellence. His latest work for us was a complete bathroom remodel. He was on schedule and communicated along the way. We made a few changes after the project started, Joe was always accommodating to what we asked! He wasn't afraid to give his opinion and clearly is an expert in his field. I highly recommend Sandoval Tile and Marble! We certainly will use them again.”

“Joe and his team are amazing. He’s assisted us with several projects since we purchased our new home. We moved to a different town and didn’t know anyone. After Joe worked on our floors, he gained my husbands trust and has been our go to guy for everything in our home. His prices are very good and the quality of his work is unmatched. We Strongly Recommend him. Thank you!! (Attorney Rafael and Angelica)”

“The hotel I manage (The William in Boerne, TX) recently hired Sandoval to repair some of the grout work in our showers and we could not be happier. Joe is clearly an expert in his field and went the extra mile to make sure that the grout and tile looked perfect. I highly recommend Sandoval and will be calling on him myself for all of our tile-related work at the hotel”

“Joe and Oscar did a wonderful job remodeling our bathroom. They were very hard workers and did all we asked and then some. Joe had some good suggestions regarding my grout selection. We live out in the country, so it is sometimes difficult to get good contractors. Joe’s the best…pretty much a jack of all trades, not just tile. We are very pleased!”

“Mr. Sandoval and team were very helpful in fitting my job into his schedule 3 weeks ahead of the original contractor. He completed the floor project in the timeframe he initially promised with a high level of quality and care. In addition after learning his skills went well beyond flooring, he saved me additional time by remodeling my shower. During this time he provided valuable feedback in assisting us with the final design and scope of that project. The level of work quality well exceeded his reasonable prices. To finalize the project, I am having him install a shower door. I will always have his name in my contact list for any future projects.”
