“An excellent experience all around. Tim Draper is very knowledgeable and helped me select the perfect tile and grout for my master bathroom and powder room. Thanks for letting me take samples home (more than once) to see what worked with my lighting! Juan and Raul did a wonderful job with the tile installation. It looks so good and I'm really pleased with their workmanship. They took great care of my home, which is always appreciated. I've used the big box stores in the past with decent results, but Draper Floors is on a different level. Tim and Josue made certain no question or concern was left unanswered. “Amazing experience. We’ve wanted to get the floors in our entire house redone for years, and loose tile and old carpet finally forced our hand. We looked up some places to go in and “browse”, and Draper Floors was right down the street from us. They let us take home some of their showroom pieces to confirm we picked out what we wanted, and then Tim came out and measured and made some recommendations. “Excellent friendly service. I got a quote on flooring. I decided to choose them b/c I like to help local businesses. I have driven by there for years, so I know it's a stable company. When I returned after a week to arrange for them to order & install the floor. He let me take the big sample piece home to see how it looked & he came by to measure the room the very next day! “Floors look amazing- will recommend to anyone needing work done! First, the salesman Josue was always very respectful and polite every time I interacted with him. They were the ONLY place I could find the dark color LVP that I was looking for (big box stores all couldn't get enough stock- we refloored entire house), AND it ended up costing less (with superior product) than my quotes from the other places I checked (including Home Depot, Lowes, and Floor & Decor). On top of that, you're supporting a local business, which is always preferable! Got the recommendation for Draper off of Nextdoor, and it is clear why he has so many stellar reviews. There was never any outshines abt committing to purchase from them, or even about making payments, etc. The install crew was amazing - they were efficient (finished two days early!), polite, respectful, and tidy while working.
