“I do not recommend having ANY flooring shipped from this store. Eight of the thirty-three boxes of engineered hardwood were damaged. At least two of the boxes were clearly impaled by a fork lift. The pallet they were delivered on was unstable and missing a bottom rail. They used Oak Harbor Freight Lines for shipping. I had to track the shipment down after it was nearly 2 weeks late. Not all wood was damage in each box, so I asked for a refund of just one box. They said they were going to work with the carrier. Having hear anything for weeks. Do not have product shipped from this store. I’ve had better success with companies out of California.”

“I was really optimistic about using this company because of their great reviews! I'm not quite sure what happened in our case, because our customer service experience was pretty poor and overall I wouldn't recommend working with this company. We had quite a few mishaps throughout the process - overall the crew that came in to do the floors was really nice and polite and did a really good job. The issues we had seemed to stem from communication with the main office. A few include: - The crew showing up on a day we weren't expecting them because we never got a confirmation call for the day they were going to install - They for some reason didn't measure the kitchen when they came (despite us asking them to) but started demolishing the tile in there right away. Then we had to pay the extra $800 to do the kitchen with the laminate (not that we really had a choice, the tile was in pieces by that point anyway) - The toilet and dishwasher were inoperable after the crew left. When my husband called to ask about how they could fix that, he got yelled at and they accused him of lying (this is the reason they are getting google review from me - really unacceptable customer service here) - Th”

“Before selecting Factory Flooring Liquidators to install my floors, I visited three of the main flooring stores in the Carrollton area. All were significantly more expensive and none could meet our installation timeline. We only had two weeks from the day we ordered the floors to get them installed. We worked directly with Marin. He was very easy to do business with. He met us a the house, provided us the estimate and the timeline. We selected the Exotic Walnut, which was a beautiful floor. We installed almost 1,000 sq. feet of flooring,plus more than 300 feet of four-inch baseboards. Their installers were amazing!. They were fast, efficient and truly craftsman! They cleaned up extremely well when they finished the work and they were very friendly. They answered questions and installed all the flooring in one day and finished the baseboards by noon the second day. The floors look amazing!! And the baseboards just made the rooms pop!
