Most jobs finish on the agreed schedule with crews arriving when promised and cleaning up at the end of each day. The company covers Coppell and nearby spots based on the addresses in the reviews.

“We had a great experience remodeling our bathroom with this team. Jason facilitated a very streamlined and professional process from start to finish. We loved that he spent time with us at the tile store before getting started to give input on what tiles and counters would and wouldn’t work. He was willing to work with us to shop out prices on all the materials and found a remnant of the slab we wanted. All of the supporting crew were great and easy to communicate with, especially Ricardo. They quickly corrected any issues and worked with us to make unexpected changes. They also brought their own vision and ideas to us to make a truly custom bathroom including the curb-less shower. The cost was very fair compared to the other quotes we got and we would highly recommend this Company to folks in the Grapevine and surrounding area.”

“We had need of some home remodeling and asked for bids from three different companies. Aaron Dowdy, of Texas Remodelers came to the house and gave an estimate that was within our budget and we chose Texas Remodelers. Aaron followed through with the project from start to finish. He kept us informed of each step along the way. The project included new windows, new siding, repainting and new gutters. And to say that my wife and I are thrilled with the finished product, would be an understatement. We highly recommend Aaron Dowdy and Texas Remodeling.”

“2025 UPDATE Under new management, we hired Texas Remodelers for our master bath remodel. Pros: - The end result was beautiful and what I had envisioned. - They listened to my ideas and concerns and didn’t tell me what I wanted like some other contractors. - The woodworking was excellent. They even built me a custom stand alone makeup vanity. - The floor tile and shower wall tile were installed as I asked and look great. Cons: - The communication could have been better. Sometimes the workers would show up at 9am, sometimes at noon, sometimes at 5pm. Sometimes not at all. Which wouldn’t have been an issue if I had known in advance so I didn’t have to wait around all day. - The mosaic shower floor tile was not installed properly as far as alignment goes. It is not that noticeable unless you are looking for it. I should have looked closer as they installed it. - The black grout used for the black and white tile floor left a residue on the white tile which they failed to remove. I spent several hours myself using a special product and finally got it cleaned up. Most of the work is top notch and I would hire them again. If the communication approves, I would probably give a 5 star rating”

“Beautiful work. Jason Estes and his crew were wonderful to work with and they did a great job. Crew was always on time, mindful of my home and my time. Jason listened to what I was looking for and prepared a plan to achieve just that. The end result was breathtaking! They were such a delight, I have already started notes for my next update. Photos are one before and three after.. HUGE difference.”

“Jason was absolutely outstanding with our remodeling project. We have been through so many remodels in several homes in the past. Jason did a complete remodel of our kitchen (pantry taken out, walls re-done, all custom cabinets, etc). He and his crew were professional, clean, exceptionally conscientious, and completed the project in time and with the highest quality of workmanship. My husband and I will only use Texas Remodelers and Builders for any future remodeling project. We have recommended them to several friends.”

“John Hamby and his professional team are absolutely amazing. This was our first experience doing a remodel and John made it so easy. He and his team completely updated our outdated kitchen. John made many helpful suggestions along the way. We couldn’t be happier with how our dream kitchen turned out. They did an awesome job and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of home improvement.”

“I am not impressed with my communication with Jason Estes. We reached out about an addition we wanted on our house. He initially told us that he would get back to us in a week. He finally got back to us after 3 weeks. When I would follow up with him, he would promise a response by a certain day, but not follow through. Another time, he got me mixed up with another potential client, accusing me of not providing the architectural drawings he needed (when I gave them to him weeks before). He gave us a quote that was $53,000 more than our 1st estimate, and $25,000 more than our 2nd estimate. He never provided a detailed estimate that explained how he derived at his price. I really don’t understand why his quoted price is significantly higher than the others.”

“I can’t say enough on the quality of work Aaron Dowdy and his team completed on my home, which was badly damaged due to a pipe breaking. The team went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations with not only the consistent communication but the perfection in how they take pride in delivering the best quality of work. Everyone was kind, courteous and treated my home with care and finished in record time. I highly recommend Texas Remodelers and Builders you will not be disappointed Thank you Aaron and Team!”

“Jason and his team did a fantastic job installing our new windows. The price was right. And they were the only ones that could provide one piece window almost 11 ft tall. The crew cleanup everything and took tremendous care to have it done and look right. Highly recommend!”

“I had a leak in my home and a very large project on my hands. I chose to go with Jason and his team and they were very easy to work with. I’m happy with how my kitchen renovation turned out and the flawless hardwood floor installation throughout my home. The team was knowledgeable and responsive, keeping me in the loop with good communications. Their helpful and professional attitude made the whole experience straightforward, delivering exceptional service.”

“Five stars are not enough. We have done many home improvement projects in our 30 year old home and could not be more impressed and pleased with John and Aaron. We did a complete kitchen remodel including moving walls. They were a little slow getting the estimate to us, but it became clear it was due to their attention to detail and wanting to get an estimate that wouldn’t need to escalate up during construction for “unknown issues “. They were in constant communication with us during all phases of our project. They were always on our property before their sub contractors and would walk the subs in and introduce each one. All their subs were professional and easy to communicate with. The final product is amazing.”

“We have just finished a bathroom remodel with Texas Remodelers and we couldn't be happier! Not only is the finished product beautiful, but it was a pleasure working with Aaron and his crew. They always kept me informed when they would be coming over to work, and they were on time, and got the work done promptly. The work crews were courteous, conscientious, and professional. We had a small mix-up occur with one of the design elements (as is bound to happen with any big job), but Aaron made sure it was resolved to our complete satisfaction. We are so happy with the way our bathroom turned out! Working with Texas Remodelers was a great experience, and we will definitely call them again in the future!”

“Aaron Dowdy remodeled both our kitchen and master bathroom. He is definitely a man you can trust. I never felt rushed and I always felt listened to. He understood my ideas and then made them better! I am absolutely sure, after two big projects with Aaron, that there is no one better. He is also responsive and conscientious. But most of all, a good man with the best sense of humor.”

“We just completed our Kitchen remodel by Aaron Dowdy and his team. We were extremely pleased at the entire process from beginning through to completion. Aaron first visited our home and gave us many suggestions for improvements that we had never even thought about. Soon, an estimate was presented with detailed costs and timelines. The entire Project was completed at cost and on time! Aaron proved his worth during each step of the Project with hands-on involvement in Design concepts, Color and Material coordination / options and in keeping us informed and involved. The success of the Project can be attributed directly to Aaron’s constant communication, his emphasis on quality and his unwavering attention to detail. Aaron is a sincere, honest and ethical professional that we will surely utilize for any other Project needs that come about in and / or around our home.”

“Jason and his crews did an excellent job remodeling our master bath. The work was done in accordance with the proposal at a fair price. Jason is a professional who monitored the progress of all work being done on a daily basis. We very much appreciate his quick response to any questions we had until project completion. We highly recommend his company for home remodeling needs.”

“I recently used Texas Remodelers & Bulders for our kitchen remodel and flooring installation. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your project. Aaron was an amazing project manager and he genuinely cared about our home and the outcome of our remodel. From picking materials to resolving any concerns, Aaron was hands-on and responsive. Everyone that came to work in our home during our project was professional and skilled at their job. I am completely happy with our remodel and would absolutely hire Texas Remodelers & Builders again.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Texas Remodelers and Builders. They were friendly, worked hard, did great work and finished a ton in just two weeks. I appreciate the detail and care John Hamby took to communicate and ensure they met my expectations. Our formal living room was very open and they closed in the walls to make a formal office and added a gorgeous custom barn door. It’s so beautiful my friends keep asking who did it. They removed carpet, tile, and wood and replaced it with luxury vinyl plank flooring, adding extra trim to baseboards and painting it for a professional look. We also replaced master bathroom doors with a custom barn door, replaced laundry room door with a pocket door, upgraded railing with iron, and converted a coat closet into a walk-in pantry. That’s a LOT of work to complete in just two weeks and it was done beautifully. My family went on vacation for the first week and this crew has proved to be very trustworthy. John was excellent at preparing for the job by having the doors made and ready prior to starting and did not begin the job until the flooring and supplies were in, avoiding any delays or inconveniences. Thank you, Texas Remodelers and Builder”

“Texas Remodelers did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. Aaron gave us honest & expert advice & kept the project on schedule. His crews were on time, did superior work & were respectful of our home. We are very happy with the outcome & will work with them again.”

“Jason and his work crews are excellent to work with! All skilled in their areas: window replacement, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, brick laying, installing appliances, power washing. Went above and beyond by touching up extra areas leading to the kitchen so that corner of the house looks totally refreshed. Answered all of my questions and kept me informed of next steps. Jason is onsite during work days checking on progress and making sure the next crew is scheduled and ready to go with the proper materials. Crew also cleans up well and followed my HOA rules regarding trailers. Will definitely hire them for my next project!”

“We are SO pleased with Texas Remodelers and Builders for our kitchen remodel. Owners John and Aaron are fantastic to work with and one or both of them was onsite at the house at least once, if not two or three times every day, while work was being done. Top notch, gave great design suggestions, provided a work-flow plan, honest, and finished on budget and sooner than expected. Highly recommend.”
