Marks Floor Covering & More LLC

Marks Floor Covering & More LLC runs flooring jobs out of Corpus Christi. Mark started the company in 2009 and focuses on installation of tile and other floor coverings plus residential remodeling repairs. The crew handles full projects that include painting walls and ceilings, swapping out lights, and installing windows or vent fans when the flooring work is underway. Estimates stay free for local jobs and no payment is required before work begins.

Homeowners call them in after previous contractors left bad tile jobs or uneven carpet. Mark and his team have retiled bathrooms, stretched carpet in master bedrooms, replaced carpet across multiple bedrooms and closets, and repaired awkward transitions at doorways. Adolph paid close attention to every seam and edge on one bathroom redo that also included fresh paint and resealed grout. Crews have fixed flooring mistakes on entire houses and then moved on to guest rooms and hallways without extra delays.

They answer texts quickly and send progress photos or videos so owners know what is happening. Work starts the next day or even the same afternoon when materials are already on site. Crews arrive on time, stay late to finish, and keep the house clean during the job. Payment comes only after a walk-through at the end, and they accept credit cards, checks, or cash.

Plenty of five-star notes praise the crew for finishing on schedule, staying in touch, and sorting out surprises without pushing costs higher. Reviewers mention the same points again and again: fast pace, honest pricing, and solid results on both simple installs and bigger fixes. DIRT Score 4.7 from 91 reviews on Finds.

“I can’t express how amazing our floors came out! Mark and his guys did an amazing job and were really quick with our 4 bedrooms and 3 closets we had gotten done. Mark and his team from the time he took measurements to the time the last finishing pieces on the floor was completed, made sure we got exactly what we wanted for our flooring. Thank you Mark and your team for making our floors come out the very best!”

“Recently I collaborated with Mark’s Flooring Covering on a home renovation, and I'm thrilled with the excellent results. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Mark and his team surpassed my expectations with their commitment to excellence, professionalism, and client satisfaction. The team adhered to the agreed-upon schedule and completed the project on time, demonstrating reliability that is often hard to find in the construction industry. I am grateful for the beautiful transformation they brought to my home and look forward to working with them again on future projects. They rectified the mistakes made by the two previous contractors and went the extra mile to guarantee the safety and security of our home. I highly recommend Mark’s Floor Covering for all your home needs.”

“Mark and his team were HEAVEN sent. I couldn’t be more happier with my restroom since I’ve moved in! I had previously hired a “friend of a friend” and that was the worst decision I ever made. They tore half the walls down and never came back… but Mark was professional and always a text away when ever I had questions. He let me know exactly what he was doing and gave his expert opinion whenever I asked. Which was GREATLY appreciated. I will definitely be recommending anyone and everyone straight to him! You’ll get FLAWLESS work.”

“Mark’s Floor Covering does outstanding work. Adolph is meticulous about ensuring every detail gets completed to perfection. They retiled my bathroom, repainted, cleaned the shower grout and resealed it. They also installed new ceiling vent fans. Their prep was incredibly thorough to ensure absolutely nothing got damaged. They also repaired the previously awkward/broken carpet transition to the bathroom. They showed up every single day on time and even stayed late to finish. They were very friendly and explained everything. The kind of work ethic they displayed is unusual and rare.”

“Mark and his team are lifesavers!! After previously getting work done by someone else that did NOT do a good job on our floors, we called Mark and he immediately came in and ensured us that he would fix the mess they made. Not only are they in the process of fixing our flooring but now we have him and his team finishing the rest of our house. They have installed flooring and painted our guest rooms. We are satisfied with the work they have completed so far. Can’t wait to see it all completed. Mark and his team are friendly and professional. Call Mark for your house remodeling needs. You will not regret it!!”

“Mark was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful when installing our flooring. There were snags and surprises once the old carpet was pulled up, but him and his team were able to roll with it and find solutions. They worked quickly and efficiently like a well oiled machine. Everyone on his crew was pleasant and polite. My floors & staircase turned out beautifully! I highly recommend if you need any kind of flooring installed to give Mark a call!”

The laminate flooring he did in our home was outstanding and looks great just in time for the holidays. We were very lucky to have found Mark and his crew as we highly recommend them for any flooring you may need done in your home. “Mark is very knowledgeable at what he does. When he came out to do the estimate he wasn’t in a rush stayed around going over several options that I wasn’t aware of. Fast forward the job is complete and they did an outstanding job on my floor changed out some lights and painted my interior walls and ceilings. I’m more than satisfied with his quality of work.”

They get the job done at a reasonable pace, and the outcome always is amazing. I wouldn't trust anyone with the flooring in my home like I do them.”

“The crew at Mark's Floor Covering and more did a fantastic job at our home. We could not be happier with the results. If you are looking for a contractor you can trust, call Mark. There are so many contractors that are dishonest. Mark & his team are reliable professionals!”

“Mark and his team were great I can’t express how satisfied I am with the services. They started off with my Floor then replaced some windows and installed some led lights. When he says Home Improvement I wasn’t expecting the extent he goes. He saved me lot a time and money and was fair on price. I definitely recommend giving him a call.”

“Mark came to give us an estimate and explained the process to us. He met us at several stores to go over pricing and flooring options. When we decided on our flooring he picked it up and delivered it to our house. The work began and he was always in communication with us regarding the status of the job. We love the final product and are completely satisfied with the job him and the team did for us. We would highly recommend Mark’s Flooring for all your home improvement needs!!”

“I am very pleased with the work that Mark and his guys did on our floor. I purchase a house and attempted to put the floors in ourselves and it was a no go! haha. I had two quotes before Mark and they were extremely high just for installation, I already had the materials. Mark and his guys did my floors for an extremely reasonable price. Mark came the next day to give us a quote and told us he could get it done the next day in just a few hours. Mark did not require money up front and told us we wouldn't pay until the job was done and we did a walk through and has a one year warranty on his work. This was another plus to hiring him. Give him a give him a call. I am very happy with their work.”

“Mark was recommended by my realtor. My realtor mentioned one of her clients had Mark do some floor work for her, and he did a really good job; and the cost for installation was reasonable. I thought, "That's the guy I want to install my carpet". My realtor provided me with Mark's number, I contacted him, and told him that the previous owner had stripped the carpet from two rooms and certain parts of the carpet in the master bedroom looked as if it had been lifted. I asked Mark if he would come out to my house to give me an estimate, and Mark did so free of charge! Mark measured 2 of the bedrooms, and mentioned he could stretch the carpet in the master bedroom. Mark's solution to stretching the carpet provided me with savings. Mark wrote the measurements on his business card so I knew how to order the carpet. Mark's quote for installing carpet in the two rooms and stretching the carpet in the master bedroom was as he said on his google description, "more than reasonable". I offered to pay Mark to pick up my carpet that was delivered to home depot, and Mark said he would pick it up free of charge. Mark said his crew could have the carpet in the 2 rooms installed, and the”

“Mark was OUTSTANDING! I had contracted with Lowes to replace tile and wood floors. Unfortunately, the day work was scheduled to start, the job turned out to be "too complicated" for the Lowes installer. I was stuck because I had all the materials onsite, all the furniture moved already, etc. Mark was referred to me and he was able to show up SAME DAY on a Saturday afternoon and start the work with his friendly crew. He worked late and he and his team finished the job Sunday and it was fantastic! They did a wonderful job, so professional and worked so hard, I could not be happier and very highly recommend Mark and his team!”
