“We recently used Glitz Floors and More for our bathroom remodel and overall had a good experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and highly skilled throughout the project. The quality of the work really shows, and we are very happy with how the finished bathroom turned out. The main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the timeline. The project ended up taking about twice as long as originally quoted, and coordinating schedules to be home during the work became challenging. I just wish there had been more transparency upfront about the realistic timing. That said, the craftsmanship and final results were worth it. If you value quality work and can allow some flexibility with timing, I would still recommend Karim and Glitz Floors and More for a remodel project and will use them in the future.”

“I am rating Karim and Omar 5 stars (owners). -They did a good job of providing their recommendations, and they were very easy/pleasant to work with. But I can only rate the installers 4 stars. -I had to point out a few areas where the molding pieces didn’t quite fit right. Also, one of the stair noses came loose within a week (Although they came back to fix once, I called them). For the flooring vendor (Shaw), I am giving them 3 stars -they only had enough materials for half of the job. We had to wait the weekend plus a couple more days before we received the rest of the materials. It was getting close to Christmas time And, the house was just a mess. In hindsight, I would not have let them tear down the old flooring until we made sure they have materials for the entire job. Overall, I would choose them again for another flooring project, but probably won’t be using Shaw products. So I would say 4 1/2 stars, but round up to 5 stars.”

“Karim was extremely nice and helped us get exactly what I wanted going away from carpet in this room! The engineered wood of the guest room/nursery matches exactly the hardwood we have in our office next door. Both rooms are seen from the entrance foyer, and you absolutely can’t tell the nursery floor is different! The 4 guys that did the work came right on time as promised and were so polite, respectful and very hard workers. Karim also came to make sure they were here and had everything they needed. They finished in just 2 hours and it’s perfect! Karim does everything you need for any type of renovation, so I highly recommend you not look any further for your next project. He does not overprice or charge for unnecessary materials. He will keep you grounded to make sure things are done in the best way to save you time and money. The circumstance of remodeling while we had Weddings on the weekends, made it crucial to hire someone that was organized and understood that yes we were splitting it into phases, but each phase had to be clean and functional in between weddings on the weekends. We had them sand and paint the kitchen cabinets and also replace the hinges and knobs. We had a very good experience dealing with Mr. Karim. They were able to tie into the existing tile of both bathrooms which were previously completed with the same tile pattern with ease and it looks seamless. “Amazing work done by Glitz!! This is my second time working with Karim and the crew at Glitz and I will continue using them for years to come. My mother is a cancer survivor, but it left her very weak and fragile. She needed help with daily activities and her builder grade shower just wasn’t going to cut it and the deep soaking tub posed a fall risk we didn’t want. Karim came in and reimagined the space and designed one that would work for both my mom and my dad. It included an oversized, deep bench that is slightly taller than usual, a shower head that could be configured specifically for her to self bathe or for an aid to help her, and a moveable/non-obstructive foot faucet so we can easily clean and care for her feet. On my dad’s side, he installed a wonderful shower panel that makes their now spacious shower feel like a spa. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, and his team paid attention to even the smallest details like the materials, safety bars, tile placement and direction including selection, and lighting recommendations to brighten up the previously dark bathroom.
