ShieldPro DFW Garage & Patio Epoxy Polyaspartic

ShieldPro DFW Garage & Patio Epoxy Polyaspartic does flooring work from the Denton area with William running the jobs. They put down polyaspartic coatings on garages, patios, and pool decks across the Dallas-Fort Worth counties that include Collin, Denton, Tarrant, and the others listed on their site. The company advertises one-day installs, free on-site estimates, and a written lifetime warranty for the finished floors. William and crew members like Walter handle the full process from the first visit through final cleanup.

Homeowners bring them in for stained shop floors with old failed coatings, brand-new garages right after a home closing, hail-damaged surfaces that need insurance work, and patio or pool deck upgrades. Reviews describe diamond grinding the slab, crack repairs, base coat application, and flake choices such as Raven or Saddle Tan. Finished results include easy cleanup after oil or paint spills, no ongoing issues after a month or more, and surfaces that look better than the original concrete.

Crews show up on time, finish in one day with minimal dust, keep contact steady without pressure, and leave the site spotless. Pricing comes in competitive, a hundred-dollar deposit holds the schedule, and they work around moves or other timing needs. Service stays inside the listed DFW counties, and William has helped customers push through insurance claims on damaged coatings.

Google lists 4.9 from 73 reviews. Most note the speed, clean work, and strong final look along with steady communication from William. One review described bubbling the day after install, a redo that required scraping, and an added twelve-hundred-dollar charge for a moisture barrier that a simple test could have found earlier.

“William and ShieldPro did an amazing job in my garage. William and his team are very professional and the process was very quick. The garage floor looks even better than we could’ve hoped for! We are VERY happy with the result and will be recommending William and ShieldPro to all our friends and family. We chose the Raven flake.”

“ShieldPro did an awesome job epoxying my garage. Will was easy to work with, and he really took the time to listen to my needs and explain the whole process. You can definitely tell he has a lot of experience. They got the work done right on time, communication was great from start to finish, and the price was super competitive. I'd highly recommend them.”

“I had been looking at several companies for our new garage floors and was honestly impressed by Shield Pro from the very beginning. I live in McKinney, and timing was really important to us because we wanted our garage floor done the day after we closed on our new home. Shield Pro was incredibly easy and flexible to work with. They only required a $100 deposit to get us scheduled, which made a huge difference with everything else going on during a move. They kept in touch with me without overwhelming me, and anytime I had a question, I could reach out and get an answer without ever feeling like I was being a bother. One of the things that really stood out to me was that Shield Pro actually called me on a weekend … and it was a real person, not a bot! 😂 So many other companies wouldn’t call until Monday, and I remember thinking, “If someone is willing to call me on a weekend, when others weren’t, I’m going to give them my business.” And I’m SO glad I did! The color selection was also amazing. They had by far the largest selection of colors I found while researching garage flooring. I chose Lanai Grey, and I absolutely love how it turned out. They also offer options to customize t”

“We live in McKinney and are thrilled with how our garage floor turned out. William’s crew were polite and professional. They showed up when they said and went straight to work without any horsing around. Their clean up was so thorough you couldn’t tell they had even been there. Except for the snazzy new garage floor, of course. The color we chose was Saddle Tan.We highly recommend ShieldPro!”

“Highly recommend using ShieldPro DFW, what a great experience! From the initial consultation to the day of install, working with this team was easy, simple & great. “Amazing transformation!! Absolutely outstanding & professional team. From initial quote to finished job all exceeded expectations. Half-day installation with minimal dust. Beautiful results. Very happy and definitely recommend.”

“We paid Shield Pro over $3,000 to do our garage floor. One day after completion it bubbled. They had to redo it. After they scraped off the polyaspartic the owner told us it would be an additional $1,200 to complete the project because there was a problem that they had not detected before they put the floor down. It appears the floor needed a moisture barrier. We got second and third opinions. We found out that the need for moisture control easily could (and should) have been detected through a simple moisture test done prior to installing a $3000 new floor. We conceded that we probably would have had to pay for the moisture barrier in the beginning but not all the extra labor costs and great inconvenience of redoing the floor because Shield Pro did not do adequate pre-testing. ShieldPro refused to negotiate. At one point the owner hung up on me. They also would not put a lifetime warranty in writing that included moisture problems if we agreed to purchase the moisture barrier. Therefore we will not have Shield Pro finish the project. We are going with Guardian Flooring who is giving us a lifetime warranty in writing which includes coverage against moisture issues within an accep”

“I highly recommend William with ShieldPro DFW Garage & Patio Epoxy Polyaspartic not only did they do a fantastic and beautiful Polyaspartic coating on my Patio and my 3 car garage, William went over and beyond to help us with our insurance claim. Our coating was damaged due to hail. William assisted in getting the insurance to replace it, he was so helpful before, during and after, and all the questions we had. He was always available to answer my phone call. I got several bids because the insurance requested it. I chose William and Shield Pro because of his expertise and being patient through the insurance claim. Our Patio and Garages look better than they did before. William’s experience and vision presented us with the “Perfect” Patio and Garages!”

“My wife and I are very happy with our new garage and entryway flooring from ShieldPro. I recently found an oil leak and defective battery leak on both of our cars since the new garage floor was installed. I was able to clean up the leaks without any damages to the new floor and of course make repairs to both cars. I just can't say enough about how nice the floors look and how easy to keep clean.”

“Had my 2 car garage floor done and they did an excellent job! Its been about a month and a half and it looks great, functions great, and I've not had any issues. I was painting my walls after and spilled paint on the garage floor and just wiped it up. Absolutely worth it.”
