Guardian Garage Floors

Guardian Garage Floors runs flooring work from Farmers Branch, Texas. They coat residential garages, concrete patios, basements, driveways and walkways. The same crews handle commercial warehouse floors, kitchen floors and bathroom floors. They also serve retail spots, restaurants, new construction sites, industrial buildings, hospitality properties and healthcare facilities with the same polyaspartic urea coatings.

Homeowners describe jobs that cover full garage floors plus front entrances and back patios in one visit. Crews grind and seal concrete with moisture issues, patch cracks, then lay the coating that stands up to jacks, lifts and daily use. Shane walks through the steps ahead of time. Jesus and his partner keep updates coming on arrival and aftercare. Corey Thomas and his helper move heavy items out of the way. Aaron mixes in sparkle when asked. Marc, Nolan, Zee, Zebedeo, LaFoye and others finish the surfaces so they clean up easy and look new.

Crews reach jobs on time, often complete the work the same day, and leave the space clean for use the next morning. They explain the full process from estimate through final coat and answer questions while they work. Service covers Texas along with the other states on their list. Reviewers note clear phone and on-site talk from start to finish with no long delays.

“Guardian Garage Pro was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. The entire team was professional, organized, and great with communication. There was clear communication between the project manager and the workers, which made the whole process feel seamless. Shane, the project manager, clearly explained the process and what to expect. Jesus was also great with communication and very attentive, especially on the day of the installation. He kept us updated on arrival, made sure we knew to reach out if we needed anything, and explained how to properly care for the floor afterward. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did a great job. The floor looks great, the communication was excellent, and the customer service was even better. They also came back out to fix a scrape caused by another contractor’s ladder, which I really appreciated. Jesus made sure the issue was addressed and followed up to ensure everything was taken care of and to reach out if we needed anything. Overall, a professional and reliable company with good communication and customer service. I would absolutely recommend Guardian Garage Pro to anyone considering a garage floor project. We cou”

“We recently had our garage floors done and guardian garage floors was amazing. They were so helpful when we were deciding what color to do and really worked around our schedule. Corey Thomas And his helper, the young gentlemen forgot to ask his name who came out to do the floors. They were so kind and did an amazing job. They worked hard and efficiently, they even help moving out some heavy stuff from our garage. I highly recommend this group if you are looking for good quality work. They have transferable life time guarantee on the work that was done.”

“Guardian garage floors had a three-man team come over and do my garage floor, front entrance, and Patio in the back. The polyaspartic urea floor done in all three areas. Very proud of my garage floor, front entrance, and back patio look awesome. They did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting their floors done. The coating they put on the floors is not epoxy, it is Poly aspartic urea formula supposed to be 5 to 10 times stronger than epoxy with a lifetime warranty of the current homeowner and if sold to new homeowner they get a 15 year warranty.”

“The Guardian Team was great to work with and the results were fantastic. They were able to complete the flooring same day and the quality is next level. In the past, I've paid other "cheaper" companies to a garage floor, only to have it fail after only a few months. The solution and process Guardian used makes the garage the best looking room in house. The coating is super rugged and durable and looks amazing. I use jacks, a lift and sometimes jack-stands and this floor handles them like a champ. Highly recommend Guardian Garage floors.”

“Guardian’s representative Shane Gunter was exceptionally professional. He explained the process and helped me select the perfect color of chips for my patio. The team that worked on my patio Zee and his partner did a fantastic job. I’m very pleased and I would certainly refer them to anyone who’s interested in this product.”

“The pictures don’t do it justice. Guardian did a fantastic job giving my tired old Garage a much-needed facelift. Aaron was great to work with and the team was very communicative and responsive. They arrived on time, finished early, and were a pleasure to work with. Aaron Was also patient with me in my requirements for having some sparkle and glitter mixed into the flooring materials. He was only too happy to accommodate and made sure that I was comfortable with what it would look like before they did the application. I highly recommend Guardian.”

“We recently had pur garage floor covered in the polyaspartic covering. The whole experience from the estimate to explaining of the product to application was flawless. Jesus and partner were punctual and professional. They explained the process and care of the product. Our garage looks fantastic! It definitely will be easier to keep clean. We will definitely be recommending them to our neighbors and friend.”

“The salesman, Shane was very knowledgeable about their product. He explained in great detail the process. The installer showed up on time to start the process. The first step was to seal the floor due to high moisture content in the concrete. After 24 hours they Came back to complete the process. Installer Mark and his partner were also very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail as they were doing it. The floor turned out beautifully. It’s been a week since they completed the project, but so far it looks Great”

“Very professional service. Showed up on time and provided same day installation as agreed on. Marc and Nolan communicated through the entire process leaving no question unanswered. Will definitely be calling again for that back patio!”

“Our garage floor looks like new! So beautiful. Done in less than a day, the crew cleaned everything up afterwards so there was no mess to deal with, and we can start moving things back in the very next day. Thank you, Guardian Garage Floors!”

“I used to hate even walking through my garage, let alone storing anything in it. Now it looks brand new and it is a wonderful place to park my car. The technicians (Zebedeo and LaFoye) arrived on time and were very courteous and explained the process thoroughly: from the cleaning and grinding down the top surface; to the repair of some cracks and divots; and then the coatings to be applied. When the job was complete, the garage was clean with a shiny new floor covering. Because of their expertise and professionalism, I would highly recommend Guardian Garage Floors for the excellent quality of the work they performed.”

“From the first visit of the Sales Manager, Shawn Nelson, at my house, the secretary who answered my questions over the phone regarding confirmation of the installation time, to the two men who installed the flooring, the process was professional, attention to detail good, and quality of work excellent. Guardian says they are the best at garage floor coatings… I don’t think it gets much better. Since they installed my floor a few days ago, I couldn’t be more pleased. It was exactly the way I had hoped it would be… professional, clean, and color matched to my house. If I had to choose over again, I would pick them again.”

“After weeks of having the patio done and seeing how much they missed attention to details and high and low spots. I’ve noticed now patio gets puddling. In areas they should have leveled because water cannot run back to the house that’s a big no bueno. At first it looked great but they really missed a lot and had to wait several weeks for them to come and clean up my turf that they go polyaspartic on. But today the guy came out and added a non slip and made a few high spot and missed more stuff. I just don’t know if the workmanship and attention to detail is worth me having them do my garage after this summer. I would say they do an ok job but I was expecting better especially since it is my patio.”

“Professional response and service through the entire process. Flooring went from zero to hero in about 4 hours. Love the results of the epoxy garage floor coating. Would highly recommend Guardian Garage Floors. Before and after photos included. Thanks!”

“Great experience with Guardian Garage Floors. From the straight forward bidding process, to the completion of the project. The crew showed up on time and did a great job on our floors.”

“The experience with Guardian was seamless... from the initial consultation with Shane, to the project planning with Aaron and delivery with Jesus and his team. All super professional and the results exceeded my expectations. Everything wrapped up in a day, just like they promised! I highly recommend.”

“Guardian did a excellent job. You can not picture how the floors would turn out. It is unbelievable how they look. I did my garage and back patio.”

“Corey T, Moe and Joe did a fabulous job and finished both my garage and patio in record time. I would use this service again and may look at doing additional areas soon.”
