“Sergio and his team did an amazing job for us! They did our garage, driveway, and pool deck! Every single one of them turned out fantastic. Sergio was extremely flexible and communicative! Highly recommend!!”

“Sergio stamped, stained, and sealed my new patio. I couldn’t be more pleased with the job he did. He was very professional and I would recommend he and his company for any job, residential or commercial.”

“I first contacted Sergio and he immediately answered the phone. We spoke briefly and he explained the polished concrete process thoroughly. He sent an email with photos so I could take time to make a decision. Sergio had an opening within two days. On the day of the project, he showed up bright and early and right on time. Sergio provided a contract that I had previously read via email. He and his crew unloaded their equipment and got to work immediately. I expected a cloud of dust but there was none. He had a large vacuum that was used during the entire process. Sergio and his crew worked very efficiently. After day one, they even mopped the area they walked on to get to the project. Overall, I am beyond pleased. Never did I imagine that a twenty-five year old concrete with surface paint stains, among other issues, could look so good. The concrete polish literally has a mirror finish. The project took a day and a half and I’m very pleased. I highly recommend Sergio for any concrete projects. Sergio was very professional; he was punctual, communicative and a hard-worker.”

“Exceptional quality and service! If you want a basic, run-of-the-mill garage floor, you can go anywhere. But if you want a flawless, showroom-quality finish, you need to hire this team. They truly go above and beyond. Their attention to detail during the prep work and application far exceeds standard industry practices, and it shows in the final product. The floor is absolutely stunning, durable, and completely transformed our space. On top of that, the crew was professional, clean, and incredibly hardworking. Worth every single penny!”

“We had Sergio put a stamped overlay of wide barn boards on our front porch 5 years ago. It was a wonderful job and looked great. Unfortunately, our house settled and we needed piers placed through the porch, damaging the overlay. I was glad that Flores Decorative Concrete is still in business! They came out and fixed the overlay properly, so it’s hard to tell it was damaged at all! Sergio is timely, honest, and cleans up the job site. Don’t hesitate using them!!!”

“Sergio and Flores Decorative Concrete reapplied the concrete expansion joint filler on our patio recently. His price was a bit high compared to others, but his company was highly recommended by a neighbor of ours. While filling the joints around one of our stone benches, they covered some drainage holes with the filler. My wife pointed out the error but he said he never saw the holes and that it shouldn’t be a problem. After completing the job, he “lost” the original check payment we gave him. We’ve never had a contractor lose a check before. Sergio asked for another check and requested that we deduct whatever associated bank fees we would incur. We cautiously proceeded to give him another check and followed his instructions (contact the bank to stop payment on the first check, inquire about bank fees, deduct those fees from total payment and write a new check with the new balance). He accepted the new check and new balance. Afterwards, we contacted him with photos of the water that had accumulated because of the holes he covered. We kindly requested that he come back out to clear the holes, but he refused and expressed his anger for the revised payment amount (that he’d cau”

“My stamped concrete patio was over 10 years old and the previous owner had not taken care of it. There were several cracks and the finish had been worn off. Sergio and his team made it look BRAND NEW! The experience I had from start to finish with Sergio was first rate. He was very responsive to my needs, answered all my questions and provided an excellent service. I highly recommend FDC Coatings to anyone looking for a Concrete sealing professional.”

“We cannot say enough about Flores Decorative Concrete LLC! We had a stamped concrete patio that we had built about seven years ago. Admittedly, we did not have the patio resealed or maintained and it was looking ROUGH! We requested a quote via the company website and immediately had a response! Once we were ready to start, The crew was prompt, thorough, and did an excellent job in restoring our 700 square-foot patio. We were impressed with the attention to detail and the time they spent ensuring we were happy. I am confident when I say that Flores Decorative Concrete did better than our original contractor!!! (Debbie H. - not sure why review is under another name??)”

“I recently had my driveway repaired by this company, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the first call to the final cleanup, the team was professional, punctual, and easy to work with. They explained the process clearly, gave me a fair quote, and finished the job on time. The quality of the work really shows—my driveway looks brand new. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable and high-quality flooring or concrete work.”

“Best contractor/company I have ever worked with. They showed up on time. Got the job done in 2 days. Had great prices. They were simply awesome. I wish every company I have worked with due to my job the last 10 years operated like Sergio and his team. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“Sergio and his team did an amazing job on our pool deck! The estimate was timely and more than reasonable. It was a difficult job, but with their knowledge and expertise they completed the job and it looks fantastic!!! I would highly recommend for any concrete staining or other work/services that they provide! Thanks again Sergio.”

“Our stamped concrete in the courtyard was 10 years old. We contacted Sergio to get an estimate on replacing or resurfacing. He informed us that resurfacing was the way to go and much more cost-effective. We found him extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He and his crew came in, got the job done and it looks great. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.”

“We were VERY impressed with Flores Decorative Concrete! We called a week ago to inquire about services for stripping our painted concrete patio and resurfacing with a cool deck product. Sergio returned our call immediately and set up a time to give us an estimate. He arrived within 2 days and was very friendly and professional. He and his crew began work later that week and guaranteed they would have the job finished before our July 4th pool party. As promised, they delivered a gorgeous patio to us just in time for our big party! Sergio and his crew arrived daily at 6am and did their work quietly and efficiently. They left the job site very clean and even provided us extra paint for any touch ups we might need. Our patio looks gorgeous, but most of all it is cool enough for our 18 month old to stand on in the HOT Texas heat! We were very pleased and happy with their work!”

“Highly recommend Sergio and his team. They were always on time and showed up when they said they were going to. Sergio was constantly in communication and keeping us in the know about what was next. The outcome of the work is exceptional! Sergio and team actually had to fix a previous contractors mistake and I could not be happier with the outcome! Two words for your decorative concrete needs... CALL SERGIO!!”

“We have just had Sergio completely refinish the concrete deck around our pool. The job included stripping the existing material down to bare concrete, re-staining and sealing. From our first contact with Sergio, he was always right on time, professional, courteous. Sergio and his crew certainly know their trade very well. The completed project is beyond our expectations. The deck is beautiful and we look forward to showing it off to our friends and family. We will without a doubt use Sergio again and will proudly recommend him to our friends.”

“Sergio was very professional throughout the entire process. We contacted him for an estimate and he was at our house the VERY next day!!! His price was very competitive so we decided on a date to have the floors completed two weeks later. Upon completion we were beyond happy with the GORGEOUS results. We definitely recommend Sergio and his company, Flores Decorative Concrete LLC.”

“Sergio and his team cleaned, colored and resealed my stamped concrete pool deck and they did an outstanding job. Working with Sergio was easy from quote through contract and he took the time to answer all of my questions as he and the team worked the project. I highly recommend Sergio for anyone that needs to revitalize their stamped concrete.”

“Sergio and team did a fantastic job on our pool deck! Another contractor had made a mess with the sealant, and Sergio and team worked diligently to make sure all old was removed before adding new. They took much care of surrounding areas, i.e. covered windows, making sure nothing was damaged from the job. Very professional and courteous! Results were great!”

“Great job on our patio! Sergio did a great job communicating expectations, options, and timeframe. We were very happy with the result, and felt no pressure regardless of what decision we made. Totally worth the money and time invested!”

“Sergio and team are the best. Stained driveway a few years ago and still looks great. Had epoxy applied to garage this week and it was completed on time, on budget, and above expectations. Sergio even came out on a Sunday to check on job before we parked our cars on the new floor. Highly recommended Flores Decorative!”
