Elite Concrete Coatings

Elite Concrete Coatings handles flooring work from Friendswood, Texas. Justin runs the company and oversees concrete coatings such as epoxy applications on garages, patios, and shop floors. His team also performs surface preparation, crack repairs, flake broadcasts, and non-slip coatings around pools. Tre assists with measurements, sample presentations, and project explanations.

Customers describe garage jobs that started with full slab restoration on older concrete marked by deep cracks and edge chips. Some selected custom color blends like a mix with red flakes over standard grey options after viewing samples. Justin and his crew completed patio coatings and pool surrounds that updated the appearance while making surfaces easy to maintain. Outcomes included clean installations that matched requested looks and held up well under regular use.

Reviewers note that Justin responds quickly to calls and adjusts schedules around weather delays in the Houston area. He provides accurate quotes, stays on site for each phase, and waits for full approval before accepting payment. Crews arrive on time, keep work areas organized, and finish within stated time frames while charging less than other bids received.

All feedback highlights consistent communication, honest assessments of slab conditions, and crews that treat homes with respect. Common topics include punctual service, attention to detail on prep work, and results that exceed expectations for durability and appearance. DIRT Score 4.6 from 39 reviews on Finds.

“Elite came out and showed me different options and then told me about one that was being done that had a little extra pop to it with 3% red.The next day sent me pictures and we went with it vs the standard grey white and black. They did a great job it came out exactly how I wanted and when I was told a time frame they stuck to the schedule. Very happy with the job done and how professional and clean it was after. 100% recommend them.”

“I decided to work with Justin solely based on the 5 star reviews. I am happy to report that it’s all true. I love working with small business and there’s a reason why. Justin is very easy to communicate with and he is patient when dealing with our schedule. We had another house issue that has nothing to do with his business and he offered to stop by on the same day and fix it. I love small business!”

“These guys did an awesome job and I would highly recommend them if you’re in the market for epoxy floors. I had them do a shop floor and Justin and his guys checked all the boxes.”

“Absolutely recommend this company. First off they did a great job. Our garage is large, equivalent to a modern 3 car, but was built in the 70’s. The slab is old, it had many many deep cracks and edge chips. Justin and his team basically did a full garage floor restoration before applying the final product. It turned out unbelievable. My wife all too often finds me just staring at the garage floor, and then she joins me. She might love it more than I do. Justin shot me straight from the beginning. He quoted me accurately and although I had quotes from several others, including the big boys everyone knows about, he was the only one who was honest about the condition of my slab and how the quote reflected what he would need to do to give me the high quality result he holds himself to. His attention to detail and thorough process followed through on exactly what he told me on day one and exceeded my expectations. He uses the highest quality products on the market and knows how to apply them perfectly. Justin and his team were on time, professional, and personable from start to finish. I appreciated every aspect of the experience and I recommend Elite Concrete Coatings to anyone. You’ll”

“Justin and his crew did an amazing job putting a non slip coating on the patio and pool surround. Very professional from the first phone call through installation to the end of the project. Couldn't be happier with the results and the process. Obviously would highly recommend!!”

“The guys at Elite Concrete Coatings did an AMAZING job. I’m very picky and they matched and even exceeded my expectations. Tre showed up at my house, took some measurements, showed me some samples and explain the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and not pushy at all. When I decided to get my garage done, they scheduled me very quickly and Tre and Justin did a great job. My floors are absolutely PERFECT! They fixed all the cracks and paid attention to every details. i would definitely recommend them to anybody who wants something BETTER than epoxy and that will last a very very long time. Really really happy with the results !! Thanks guys 👍”

“Elite Concrete Coatings recently completed my garage and I couldn’t be happier with the work completed. The floor is beautiful and the crew was honest and knowledgeable. They were happy to answer any and all questions I had and were very patient. I never once felt like I couldn’t leave my doors open to them and ultimately thought they were good people. Cherry on top was I got all of this for the best price I was quoted out of three other companies.”

“Working with Elite Concrete coatings to get our garage floor epoxied was great. Justin provided so many samples and when we couldn’t quite pick something that matched what we had in mind, he made an entirely new mixture based on our requests/ideas to suit our taste. He then dropped off the new options at our place to look at. Since we were doing the floors in the Houston “winter” we had to reschedule a few times for rain and cold temperatures that would affect the drying and setting process. The entire time Justin was very flexible with different day options. Justin and his team were super friendly and also loved greeting my dog while they were here. The next day they came back to help move some stuff back into the garage and checked on their work. We love how the garage floor looks and would love to have them back to do another project.”

“Completely happy with the job that Justin and his crew did in our garage and the front porch. Arrived when they said, no wasted time getting things done, no doubt they know what they're doing and the finished product really makes a difference. Thank you Justin, made the right choice.”
