“Dan and Dixie were amazing! I can be a tough customer being in the high-end decorating business myself. We absolutely LOVE our new floors! I found them to be fair, honest, patient, and very knowledgeable. They were flexible with their scheduling. The tear out and installation went exactly as explained without a problem. We were beyond impressed! Michael and I are glad we picked and trusted them for this project. Thank you Dan and Dixie.”

“Revising my earlier review that was written at a frustrating time. Eagle Home Store is very worthy of 4 stars. This project lasted many months -- including my surgery delay -- but some unexplained delays. I stand by my earlier review comment to a homeowner: get product selections in writing for your benefit and theirs. Fact is: Dan, Dixie, Dara are experienced professionals. I have beautiful painted kitchen cabinets and two beautiful remodeled bathrooms. I am pleased.”

“The worst experience I’ve had with a contractor. Between the lies, the non responses from text and calls were unbelievable. I am not in the business of just giving money away, they tried to take my money with nothing in return. After waiting for “blueprints” for 5 months I requested my money back via text and voice messages. No one returned my calls. I finally showed up at their place of business on a Saturday and was lied to my face about my blueprints. On Monday I was told my refund was left at the front door. It was a check for 1/2 of what I gave them and pencil drawings they had blown up at Miller Blueprint's downtown. What they called blueprints. I reached out to the owners again about it and have never heard back. In a nut shell they lie, take your money, give you false quotes and should be out of business. In my opinion.”

“Bathroom remodel started the project in May of 2022 and finally finished by December of 2022. Walls installed were not straight in master. Shower floor had to be re-done after discoloration in the grout was a problem. Organizing the workers was poorly managed. Contractor would not communicate any timelines and workers would show up unexpectedly and other times the workers would not show up at all. We had to basically manage the project ourselves. Calls were not returned when questions were asked. 2 bathroom remodel where the countertops were to be the same. That did not work out and had to install different tops due to poor general contractor efforts.”

“Heard of Dan when a friend of mine had her home remodeled and was happy. I had previously gotten several quotes from other contractors however having someone who had 1st hand experience was comforting to me. My experience was vastly different from hers. I had discussed a list of needs and wants back in Nov. 2021. Dan came back and said needs could be completed for 75k, whole list for 85k. This list included straightening a driveway which would have at least a 5-10k cost, but he assured me it was easily doable. I was excited to get project started. He gave me a timeline of 6-8 weeks from demo to finish to change out flooring downstairs, new cabinets and countertops to kitchen and bathrooms, new tile to shower, painting whole house. There was minimal structural change and more of a facelift other than putting a bar/passthrough hole into a main wall from kitchen to living room. I spent several weeks looking at tile and countertops at stores he partners with. Several times I asked what grade of quartz was included in his budget, as cost can vary greatly and I was very nervous I would go over budget. I supplied emails of different types of quartz and every time was told "oh it's fine w”

“This family owned business treats you like family when you walk in the door. They worked with us and our insurance adjuster to get our carpet and flooring replaced. They worked with us to find materials that would be in stock sooner than others so that the job could move forward faster.”

“We have tried to go by and deal with this in person to fix the flooring, we were lied to our faces that the floor would be fixed we tried calling only to be completely ignored. Our flooring is shredding at the seams and they dont want to fix thier install. We now have 2 inch wide gaps in the flooring, cause the product is braking into pieces.”
