Endever

Endever handles flooring work out of Georgetown, Texas, and is run by Brian. The company takes on full home renovations that include kitchen and bath remodels along with siding, windows, and curb appeal updates. They have handled projects across the Austin area since 2008 and cover flooring installation from start to finish, including every step of the job to stay on schedule and inside the agreed budget. Brian serves as the main contact for these jobs and brings in crews for the hands-on work.

Customers have described kitchen updates where Brian stayed involved every day to keep things on track, full-house flooring installs paired with ceiling removal and interior painting, and basic walk-in shower tile jobs that stayed inside the original budget. Other projects include deck fixes for safer access, water damage repairs that ended with new tile flooring, bathroom remodels that turned old spaces into updated rooms, exterior painting with gutter replacement, and smaller handyman tasks around the house. Reviewers note that Brian and his crews protected surfaces during the work and left the sites clean.

Brian keeps in touch daily with updates on progress and costs, shows up on site most days, and answers questions without delay. He works around homeowner schedules when needed and sends detailed invoices that track any changes. Pricing comes across as fair in the reviews, and the team stays within the quoted timeline on most jobs. The service area covers the Austin region, including spots near Georgetown.

Google shows a 5 rating from zero reviews, while the collected feedback highlights the same points again and again: clear communication from Brian, reliable crews, and work that meets the budget and schedule.

“My wife and I recently completed a home renovation in Austin with Endever and they did an awesome job! Our main point of contact for our project was Brian, and he did a great job walking us through the work, providing status updates, and keeping our project on time and within budget. If you are looking to renovate your home and live in the Austin area, I highly recommend working with Endever as our experience was nothing short of great. Attached is a photo of our remodeled kitchen. We also had flooring installed throughout the house, popcorn ceiling removed, and a full interior paint job.”

“We had a very basic walk-in shower with tile we wanted done-fortunately we were pointed in the direction of this company by a neighbor/local realtor, Bradley Taylor. Brian was hands on and helpful, assisting us with options, but not pressuring us to do more than what our budget allowed. We love the new shower and would recommend Endever highly!”

“Working with Endever LLC was a dream scenario. We were apprehensive when beginning a huge renovation project as we know how scarce labor is in Austin these days. Brian from Endever is an extraordinary project manage and skilled craftsmen who brings integrity to every aspect of the work. We had had heard stories of general contractors being unresponsive - or worse dropping out midway through a project. Brian is a great, responsive communicator and would always patiently answer my questions. His dedication to the project was impressive. I also appreciate that he is very tech savvy and we came up with a cool system for tracking vendors and items purchased which made it easy to track back on decisions and budget. Brian has a core team of loyal subcontractors who also take huge pride in their work. Some of our asks were unconventional or complicated and Brian always worked to find a solution. If you have the opportunity to work with this company you should snap it up. Endever LLC did a superb job on our beloved home.”

“As a Realtor, having reliable contractors I can recommend to my clients is incredibly important, and Endever Contracting LLC has been a great resource for me. They’ve helped several of my clients over time and have always been responsive, reasonably priced, and done excellent work. Most recently, they helped one of my clients who is in her 80s and has a couple of older dogs. Her back deck needed some improvements to make it safer and easier for them to use. Endever stepped in, handled the project quickly, and did a great job making the space much safer for her and her pets. It gives me a lot of confidence referring them to my clients knowing they will be taken care of. I highly recommend Endever Contracting LLC for anyone looking for quality work and great service. — Bradley Taylor, Realtor”

“Brian came highly recommended by a few neighbors, and I’m really glad I went with him for repairs to my home after water damage. He was reliable, responsive, and on site throughout the project. Brian listened to my concerns and helped negotiate additional insurance funds. The tile flooring looks beautiful, and his crew was honest and respectful of my home. Highly recommend!”

“Did a great job on our kitchen remodel. Had us up and running in 3 weeks. Very smooth process from start to finish!”

“We had a deck remodel done. The work was excellent. Brian also worked around our schedule while many contractors expect you to work around their schedules. I would definitely use again.”

“We have had the best experience with Brian, hands down! Brian is consistently in communication with us on a daily basis and is on site almost 100% of the time. All of his crews have been professional and so friendly and we have been so happy with all of the work that has been done! We continue to work with Brian as we have added additional projects and he also did work at our parents newly purchased house and he gave them the same quality and outstanding service that he gave us. I would recommend him to anyone, it has been the best experience we’ve ever had!”

“We just completed an extensive remodeling project using Endever and I would not hesitate to use this company again. Brian and his subcontractors did an excellent job with our master and guest bathrooms, renovating a broken stone patio and rotten exterior support columns, completely painting the exterior of our house and replacing gutters, in addition to completing several additional handyman projects. Our bathrooms are absolutely beautiful, the exterior work makes our house look new again, and it is so nice to have so many small projects completed by experts. We specifically appreciated Brian’s very clear communication about all of the work; we knew what to expect each day regarding schedule and scope of work. He also keeps meticulous cost records and freely shares this spreadsheet—there were never any surprise charges. His employees kept construction mess to a minimum, we were amazed how clean everything was kept while the job was ongoing. We have multiple pets and I never worried about them escaping. This is the third remodel we have undertaken across different homes, and this was by far the most pleasant experience. Brian was on-site most of the time, and his sub-contractors ”

“Endever Contracting just completed a remodel in our home. Flooring (Tile and Carpet), back-splash, kitchen counters, remodel of high bar to low bar, lighting, painting, and changed stair railing from wood to iron. The work is impeccable! The attention to detail and the desire for perfection is obvious. Brian provided us with a detailed invoice, sent us updated invoices as we made changes and payments, and kept us in the loop on everything. They stayed on budget and finished in the timeline we were quoted. We are extremely happy with our home and their services. Thanks to Brian and his Team will be working on our Outdoor living space next. Highly Recommended!”
