Five Star Epoxy Systems

Five Star Epoxy Systems handles epoxy flooring work out of Georgetown, Texas. Zach and Michael Ortega run the company as a father and son team. They install garage floor coatings, metallic epoxy floors, patio surfaces, and industrial coatings. They also handle staining and recoating existing floors.

Customers have had them fix deteriorating concrete driveways and areas around homes. They have turned old disaster floors into easy to maintain surfaces. Jobs include commercial projects, covered patios, downstairs epoxy floors, new garages, outside decks, and buffing ten year old floors before reapplying coatings. They fixed issues left by previous contractors on some sites. Reviewers note solid results on a two car garage paired with a back patio and on a light blue outdoor deck that still looks fresh after installation.

The team responds quickly to requests for estimates and schedules work promptly. They keep job sites clean and communicate well throughout projects. Pricing comes in competitive, and they return to touch up small spots when needed. Work covers the Austin metropolitan area including Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Georgetown. Crews finish jobs on schedule, often in two days, while staying on time and reliable from start to finish.

All twenty six reviews give them five stars. Reviewers keep mentioning the professional approach, solid quality, and honest dealings from Zach, Michael, and the crew. Topics that come up often include clear answers to questions upfront, good attention during preparation and application, and finished surfaces that hold up well.

They were very responsive with coming over initially to assess the work, and send me a quote. They really care about the quality of their work, and were diligent about informing me of the pros and cons to expect so I could make the best possible decision.
