“tldr: Shipped broken tiles and never follow up! I ordered tiles for my balcony from this store because I had purchased from them years ago and needed a match. Found the same tiles, scheduled delivery—everything seemed fine. Then the delivery showed up with broken tiles. The delivery driver even confirmed that’s how they came from the warehouse and took photos. I called immediately, and Jason from the office said they’d reorder replacements and follow up within a few hours. That follow-up never happened. The next day I called again—someone else answered, had no idea what I was talking about, and promised a callback “in a few minutes.” Again, nothing. I followed up via text and email—completely ignored. At this point it’s obvious: they shipped damaged product and then stopped responding altogether. This isn’t just bad service—it’s zero accountability. I’m disputing the full charge with my bank. I have all the evidence, and I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you’re okay being left on your own after they take your money.”

“Had my 11x11 room installed. They were flexible with having my own carpet unlike few other companies I contacted. They brought padding and other materials. I got the appointment real quick than expected. The carpeting was done nicely. I found their team very efficient organized and quick. Payment was done after the job was done. “Terrible customer service. They installed my carpeting in August and I noticed that there was an obvious seam in one of the rooms. I contacted them right away and while they sent someone to look at it they said there was something wrong with the carpet and that the installation was done correctly. I would have to wait for them to file a claim with the manufacturer. Well it’s been two months since my carpet was installed and despite several emails, I am still waiting. If you decide to purchase from this company, just hope that nothing goes wrong once they have your money.”

“Worst experience. Delivered wrong material 3 times!!! Waisted driving time and money with my contractors showing up. Worst part , they said they would refund my $ back to me and now they don’t want to because their rep doesn’t want to.
