“We replaced the flooring throughout our entire upstairs, including the staircase, and had a fantastic experience working with Silvino and Fusion Floors. The process was smooth from start to finish. Silvino first came to my house to take measurements and provide an estimate. After that, he brought flooring samples from his tile supplier so I could see different options in my own home before making a decision. Once I picked the flooring, I met him at the supplier to pay directly for the flooring. For the additional installation materials, Silvino personally went to Home Depot and Lowe’s, and I was able to pay for everything directly with my own credit card. When installation day came, Silvino arrived with two additional crew members. They worked efficiently and replaced my entire upstairs flooring and staircase in just two days. The craftsmanship was excellent, the house was left clean, and the finished result completely transformed the space. The crew made the experience fun. During lunch breaks, we’d watch soccer together and chat. They were friendly, respectful, and treated my home with care. Throughout the project, Silvino was responsive, professional, and easy to work with.”

The craftsmanship is top-tier, and it's clear he takes great pride in his work. Beyond the quality, he was a pleasure to work with—highly responsive, professional, and always available to answer questions. He even provided expert advice that saved me a significant amount of money. Finding someone reliable, honest, and punctual is rare these days. “From the moment we contacted this company we were impressed. They came the very next day to give us an estimate and started work the following week. The price was too good to pass up. But when they started working they were extremely professional and knew what they were doing. They leveled our floors as we had up to 1/2 in difference on some parts of the cement. They installed the flooring to all dlow one way. They finished everything in 2 days! The quality of work was exceptional! We get so many compliments on it and am so happy with the final results. We didn't initially hire them to do all the baseboards but after they did a few foe us we hired them to do the entire house as well.”

“Silvano and his crew installed wood laminate flooring for us. They showed up when they said they would and got to work right away. They are very meticulous and treat the job as if they were working in thier own house. After they completed had them install the baseboards as well. “Silvino and his team helped us with flooring installation for our first house. Silvino is very responsive and answered a lot of our questions before we start the work. His team did a great job and helped clean up the space before leaving. We also purchased discounted flooring through his connection. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking for floor installation.”

“I am very happy with my vinyl plank floor installation. Silvino and his assistant showed up at the agreed upon time and the project was completed in the time frame that was estimated. I was provided, up front, with information on the steps involved with project completion, including any extra materials that were needed and labor costs. They respected my home, focusing on doing the job right.”

“Silvino and Jose did a superb job on our flooring project! I am beyond happy with the level of service, the recommendations and guidance to achieve a quality finished project. We had existing tile which we elected to level with cement on thick grout lines and low spots, lay down underlayment, and LVP flooring throughout my first floor and staircase. Silvino helped guide me on finding (affordable) matching stair noses and used LVP planks on the staircase with a built-on-site skirt board for the exterior edge of the staircase. He even picked up additional materials we needed and installed new baseboards throughout. The quote was competitively priced and I intend to use his company for all future projects, and will be recommending him to all my peers as well!”

“Silvino and his crew did a thoroughly professional job for us. We purchased a home and commissioned Fusion Floors to pull up 2300 square feet of tile and carpet, and then install luxury vinyl plank flooring. I appreciated their professional bid and guidance. Fusion Floors had to make multiple trips to Home Depot for us to pick up all the product. We requested a fast turnaround and they came through beautifully. The results are beautiful. Silvino told me that we could contact him if we have any problems. I strongly recommend Fusion Floors.”

“Silvino and his team are amazing. Crew is super professional and committed to a high quality of work. Silvino is super punctual and communicates well. They make sure to communicate any issues before installing the flooring and will help fix issues instead of covering them up. They always clean up the job site after they finish as well. He’s transparent and fair with his pricing. He helped me find solutions for some issues I was having regarding material getting delayed or canceled. Great company and great people. Would highly recommend Fusion Flooring to anyone looking to get hard flooring installed.”
