Fitzpatrick Epoxy Flooring

Fitzpatrick Epoxy Flooring handles concrete flooring work from their base in Grapevine, Texas. Kellen runs the crew and they focus on epoxy flake coatings for garages and patios, advanced metallic epoxy for interiors and showrooms, quartz coatings for commercial spots, polished concrete for warehouses, stamped concrete, concrete staining, and repair work on cracks or aging slabs for both homes and businesses across Texas.

Customers call them for garage floors that had gone untouched for decades and now clean up easily after years of use. Kellen along with John and Carlos handled flake epoxy jobs that held up without issues, metallic applications that finished in three days with little dust, and fixes on patio coatings or office floors that saw heavy foot traffic. Some reviews noted color inconsistencies and long delays getting Kellen back to address problems on a patio job, while others described crack repairs and surface prep that left floors ready for new coatings the same day.

Reviewers say the crew shows up on schedule, answers calls quickly, and keeps pricing straightforward. They work weekdays and some weekends when needed, cover areas including Fort Worth, and finish most garage jobs in one to three days while keeping the site tidy. Communication stays direct from the first visit through the final coat.

Most feedback highlights solid workmanship and fair value on residential and commercial projects, though a couple of cases mention follow-up problems that led to disputes. Google rating: 4.8 from 83 reviews. DIRT Score 4.5 from 83 reviews on Finds.

“Fantastic experience from start to finish! The team at Fitzpatrick Epoxy Flooring was professional, on time, and delivered a high-quality epoxy flake floor. Even after 3 years my garage floor looks amazing and is so easy to clean. I definitely recommend Fitzpatrick Epoxy Flooring.”

“I highly advise against using Kellen. We hired him to install an epoxy coating with a Polyaspartic top coat on our concrete patio. Within a yr there were some visible differences in the color. The final result has severe discoloration and visible inconsistencies, indicating issues with the product mixture or application process. It took over 4 weeks to get Kellen to come look at the issue and the first 2 appointments he was a no-show. He finally showed up for the 3rd appt but then attempted to give multiple excuses for the discoloration. His final excuse was that it just needed to be cleaned. I have cleaned it multiple times with no success using his suggestions. So I had a reputable professional flooring company (with a real warranty) come by to get a bid to fix it. They agree it is a failed application issue and the only way for them to properly correct it is to grind it all down and start over. May 27 Kellen agreed to come out and fix the issue, but once again he is a no-show and ghosting us. We are now over 2 months of trying to get this resolved. Once Kellen has your payment, he will not correct his mistakes. Make sure you check out the pics I will add, and his Yelp reviews a”

“Ended up winning a small claims against him after 2 YEARS of fighting/begging for him to come out and fix the floors in my store!”

“The work this crew does is nothing short of artwork. Kellen and his guys definitely take pride in their work and have a real passion for what they do. I met with a few different companies and when I first met Kellen I knew immediately he was the guy for the job. Finished in 3 days (they did have to spend a full day removing the previous overlay that was done from another contractor ),”

“Thank you Fitzpatrick Epoxy Floors for doing an awesome job on our floors!!! We have a lot of walking traffic in our office and our floors were looking horrible so I called Fitzpatrick on a Friday to see if they could complete the job doing the weekend and he definitely made it happen. He came out on a Sunday and we were ready to walk on our new floors on Tuesday the day after Memorial Day. The quality and look is so good it makes me wonder why I waited this long to call them. And the best part of it all is that the maintenance is so easy and incredible that everyday our office leaves and begins with a fresh look. Our customers have given plenty of compliments about the floors and I just can’t stop smiling. I recommend you guys to anyone.”

“Kellen is a rock star. Great response time, professionally done. And great price! He was actually referred to my by my neighbor. I don't write much, just look at the photos of the before and after. Highly recommend, he will be coming to our other property for the same thing.”

“I just recently finished a very large building for a church project here in Fort Worth. I have used Fitzpatrick flooring many times in the past on smaller projects. Garage floors mainly… which he always knocked those out of the park! I knew he would be the man for the job and he DID NOT disappoint! Floors really did come out awesome! We even spilt a little paint on them, to which I was very scared about, but y’all!! It cleaned up and and didn’t even stain!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Thanks again!!!”

The work was extremely well done and the crew was hard-working and professional - they arrived at 8:30 and were finished by 4:00 only taking a break for lunch. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their garage floors epoxied professionally.”
