“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience with Floor Xpo! They installed the new floors at our Whistlestop Cafe, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful and completely transformed the space. Their team was professional, dependable, and most importantly, they met every deadline they promised, even when they were bailing another contractor out, which was extremely important for us as a working restaurant. Excellent workmanship, great communication, and a beautiful finished product. We highly recommend Floor Xpo and would absolutely use them again!”

“They don’t pay their vendors. We supplied materials for a job in Jan did them. Dropped materials off at the job site. Raw wood stair treads and ends. They installed the materials, cut the materials even cut one wrong and we had to remake it. Then they stained the materials. All before getting customer approval. Now, they blame the materials not being approved by customer on us! And refuse to pay. Even after Jessica from installation made easy stated she paid them for our materials. She stated they were paid in April. Yet we still are not paid. Even they know once you cut and install materials they are yours. Much less stain them! Very unsatisfactory business practices. Pictures of raw wood materials dropped off, and the materials installed (photo provided by customer) sadly we will have to lien customers home too because we haven’t been paid. Micheal calling me at 7 am threatening me that if I don’t take this down in 24 hours isn’t going to make me remove it!! It’s going to make me call the sheriff.”
