“Amazing selection and their pricing is very competitive. We selected wood-look tile to replace carpet. The team cleaned up each day they were in our house and were very respectful of our furniture. They put everything back as well. They were very meticulous in getting it laid evenly, level and with straight lines. The painter (for the shoe molding and stair risers) was as equally meticulous. “We had a tiny water leak from our icemaker which got underneath our red Satillo tile floor and left very bad stains. The impacted area was only about 150 sq ft but we needed to strip, polish and refinish our entire home (~3400 sq ft) for consistency. We met with several contractors to compare price, process, how long it would take, etc. We eventually chose Marshburns for a variety of reasons. They showed up promptly on the day and time promised. They originally estimated it would take 5 days but finished the job in 3! Their crews were impeccable. They handled all our furniture with care as well as our walls, floors, etc... The work they did was incredible! They did what they said they would, on time and on budget. At the end of each day they left our home spic and span clean. Our 20 year old floors look brand new. I somehow got a scratch on my laminate floor and Marshburn's sent the crew out the next day to replace the floor. It was included in their lifetime warranty so I did not pay anything. “We flooded in May 2019 and in August we were finally able to consider flooring. I reached out to a lot of people to try and find a great company that had a wide selection of flooring. I found Marshburns! The first time I called to inquire when they could come out and measure, Pat answered the phone and said she would be right over. She was so sweet and knowledgeable and took the time to understand our concerns. After a couple of visits and bringing home several samples to determine if we liked the flooring, we were ready! Jody spent a lot of time explaining different specs on each flooring so we could make an informed decision. They were able to install carpet the NEXT day. After living on a concrete slab for over 4 months it was wonderful to have the nicest crew come in and install the softest carpet. Tomorrow they are installing our hardwood floors. This company is family owned and it shows. They made sure that we got what we needed at a price we could afford and floors that we love. “I could not be happier with the entire process start to finish dealing with Marshburns. They came out almost immediately to measure the four rooms we wanted to replace carpet in. Then had a fantastic show room to pick from which we decided on tile that has the look of wood. It may not always be the case but from the time we picked out tile to the time product came in and install started was a week. Their crew were very careful in moving furniture both out and back into the room when finished. Lastly the workmanship is perfect. Don't just go to lowes or a big box brand store for this work. Instead go to a great local family owned business where you're more than just a number and a job. If there were more than 5 stars that what they would get from me.”

She came out to my house, personally, for measurements on the same day I visited the store and had an estimate over to me early the next day. Upon agreeing to the estimate, the work was scheduled and carried out 2 days later...very quick turnaround for this type of work. The floors were installed in 3 rooms of our house so it was a medium-sized job. The contractors they used were very professional in terms of quality work. I was too through looking for carpet, but my husband said, "let's try Marshburns." I told him to go and check it out. Then I realized, I just sent a man alone to pick out carpet (can you believe it?) When he got there, he called me on the phone and put me on speaker and said, "what was it you wanted? I said, " I don't want a cut pile. I want a beige carpet like a berber or one step away from a commercial grade, one that it stain proof and wears like iron." And just from that information, Jody knew exactly what carpet I would want and sent my husband home with a sample. I loved the sample, it checked off every box. To add to my surprise, the price was better than Home Depot or Lowe's for such high quality.
