“Derrick was awesome! He did an excellent job with the carpet cleaning and was very thorough, efficient, and professional. He cleaned everything perfectly and paid attention to the little details. The price was also very economical. I had 4 rooms and 2 rugs cleaned, and he even cleaned 2 additional areas for free. That was a really nice gesture and showed that he genuinely cares about his customers. He was friendly, respectful, and very easy to work with. The carpets look amazing now! I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Derrick to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning at a great price.”

“Derrick from Genesis Floor Care came to Georgetown to clean my area rugs short notice. He was very friendly, professional and left my rugs clean and smelling good! Highly recommended! Thanks Derrick!”

“Our old chairs and rugs have been at the mercy of our kids and young dogs and my many failed attempts to spot clean. Derrick and the office staff were wonderful - kind, honest, & prompt. The end-to-end service was seamless and as expected. Totally worth the effort to maintain what we have. I highly recommend this company for your home/business. *UPDATE & Additional Note - It did not occur to me that the cleaning solution would have a smell. It was not bad, just very strong, like a car air freshener. It DID dissipate after a few days but for those sensitive to odors, see if they have a scent free product or plan to do this right before travel plans.”

“Derrick came in time when I needed him the most. We live in Hutto. My son was involved in a vehicle accident and wanted to create a clean Space for his homecoming. Derrick kept me informed, was on time, and you can tell he loves the work that he does. I will be keeping him for my flooring care needs on a regular basis. Ps. My carpet didn’t feel crunchy or wet when I returned home. That made me feel extra grateful for his services.”
