He came to my home and was very informative about the different flooring types and what would work best for my situation. “As a woman homeowner, I was alone in my house meeting with this contractor to go over the project. During that time, I was asked inappropriate, personal questions and experienced behavior that felt unprofessional and crossed a clear boundary. I was being hit on in my own home, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I’m sharing this because I don’t want other women who are having work done by themselves to be caught off guard or put in a similar situation. Now, regarding the work itself: the floors do look nice visually, which is why I’ve waited so long to write this review. However, the overall experience and quality of workmanship were frustrating. During the installation, my baseboards and stair banister were significantly damaged. I was told to expect minor scuffs, which I understood, but what was left behind went far beyond that, including deep gouges and large areas of missing paint. I had to pay additional money to have this repaired afterward. Before the floors were installed, I specifically pointed out several squeaky areas in the subfloor and asked if they needed to be addressed beforehand. “We wanted to replace more than 2 decade old carpet in our house and also change carpet to laminate plank in our study. We contacted all American based on their high Google reviews and they did not disappoint. Omar and Amar stopped by after my wife went to their store. They had samples and options for us. We ended up going with them as we felt they provided the best value of warranty, product selection and experience. The install process was a breeze. They did the heavy lifting and all we had to do was move tvs and other breakable items as well as stuff in closets. Their team came and finished the work on the day of the install itself. They paid a lot of attention to detail and we are very happy with the result. We were so happy with them that we are planning to do our tub to shower conversions and tile replacement projects with them as well. Highly recommended.”

We ran into an issue with excessive moisture which delayed the installation by a few days, but the team handled it all in stride and knocked out our entire house, minus bathrooms and kitchen, in a couple of days. I can't say enough about the hard working crew that showed up for the install – they too were very professional, friendly and experts at their craft. “Contacted All American Flooring to replace all carpet in the home. From the team that came out to give me to quote to the team that replaced the carpet I give a strong 5 star review. The crea was efficient and effective during the installation process. They finished in a day and move all the heavy furniture in and out of all the rooms. They made sure that all was back in place before they left. It's only been 4 days since the install so time will tell but I have no doubts should anything arise this group will be there to assist. The carpet we went with is a major upgrade to what we have and it's super soft and looks amazing. Thank you and your team for the amazing job you all did at my home. “We put in an order with All American Flooring on 7/19/25 to replace the floors with white laminate for roughly 2000 sqft and to refloor the stairs with white oak. The stairs were agreed at time of purchase to be kept the same color of the laminate floors installed. 70% of order paid $11023.99 on 7/19/25 The floors have issues, but the main problems are with the stairs they deem "finished". As shown in the photos, the stairs were not installed professionally and the stain is not even a shade close to the laminate floors. On every step there are issues with color of stain, gaps, caulking, fitment, and levelness. The bullnose/landings were cut to multiple pieces and glued together when it should have been cut into one piece and placed around the handrail column. As shown in the photos, this cut piece is already broken off due to poor installation. The gaps are a big issue as they are on every corner and edge of every step. The caulking is poorly installed and you can see in the photos it appears the installer did not caulk at every location and stopped due to the size of gaps. Many of the white risers are damaged from the installation and the material is chipping which painting over ”

“From the sale to the installation the whole process has been A++. I asked for recommendations for flooring on our private neighborhood facebook group. There were 3 companies mentioned - one was All American Flooring. I got quotes from all 3 companies. All American had the best design by far (we wanted our stairs completely remodeled) and Sean found the wood that matched our existing wood. Our goal was to remove all upstairs carpet and redesign the stairs with hard wood. Sean was outstanding to work with in Sales. And the price was very competitive. Linda, the project manager, kept us informed during the entire process. She was lovely to interact with. Then the installers, led by Juan Sanchez, were fantastic. I don't like recommending companies unless I feel they are head and shoulders above the competition. All American Floors is definitely the best flooring company we've ever worked with (and we've owned home in the DFW area for 40+ years) and if we need flooring again, this time I will only need one quote.”

“Wonderful experience from initial contract to home visit and install. Aziz was wonderful in understanding our needs. No unnecessary pushing of products. Simply showed options and comparisons of flooring. Matched us with what we needed. Install crew was great! I forgot about the appointment and they gave me time to quickly get my house together! Very understanding! They were respectful of our home, our kids roaming around, moved furniture with care and put everything back where it was, finishing with a full vaccuum at the end. “I worked with All American Flooring when I moved into my townhome to get the carpeting changed to wood floors. Unfortunately my entire experience from start to finish was poor. I was initially quoted a timeline of 3 weeks to complete the flooring in my townhome, but it ended up taking over 2 months. This delay was never properly explained, and the lack of communication throughout the process made it even more frustrating. The workers and project coordinator were not communicative, often showing up late—if at all—and I was left guessing when or if they’d arrive. The actual work done has major issues that remain unresolved to this day, despite multiple attempts to reach out for a fix. There are gaps between the floorboards, baseboards that don’t align properly, and wood glue stuck on the surface of the floors. It looks sloppy and rushed. I regret choosing All American Flooring and would not recommend them to anyone looking for quality work or professional service. This experience has been stressful, expensive, and incredibly disappointing.”
