“We recently had about 2,000 square feet of glued-down engineered hardwood flooring replaced with wood-look tile, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Leo, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Matthew, our installer, did an outstanding job. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent. The team promised the project would be completed in one week, and they delivered exactly as promised. They even worked over the Fourth of July weekend to stay on schedule and helped move some of our furniture back into place when they finished. It’s refreshing to work with a contractor who actually does what they say they’re going to do instead of making excuses or constantly changing the timeline. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and would highly recommend Leo, Matthew, and the entire team to anyone looking for new flooring.”

“Had them do our floors and every aspect of the project was extremely easy! From Rholetta in sales to the installers, Jose and Gianni everyone did a wonderful job!”

“We hired Design Floors to do our open concept kitchen and living room. From the initial meeting to the end product, we had the best Customer Service and we absolutely love our new floors. We have already referred them to a friend!”

“Great customer service and knowledge on products. Their install crew is fabulous! Rholetta specifically has been great to work with. She was able to find discontinued tile for me from a previous job they did for me four years ago to replace tiles during my kitchen remodel.”

“Design Floors just replaced my old carpet and wood floors with laminate flooring and I couldn’t be happier. Siegfried was so helpful in helping me choose what would be best for my house. The installation team was efficient and did an excellent job. I feel like their prices were competitive and in my budget.”

“We had a fantastic experience working with this company from start to finish. The quality of the carpet exceeded our expectations, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized. A special shout out to Leo. He was truly outstanding to work with. He took the time to answer all of our questions, provided honest recommendations, and made sure we felt confident in every decision. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. The installation was seamless, the team was respectful of our home, and the final result looks amazing. It is not often you come across this level of service and attention to detail. Highly recommend. We will absolutely be referring friends and family!”

“We came to design floors after an inspection proved our previous flooring had been installed completely wrong. We received the recommendation to try Design Floors from our flooring inspector. Their team was honest and knowledgeable on what materials would be best when we began the process of selecting new flooring. We were impressed by how efficient and meticulous our installers were. We had a great experience and are happy with the finished product.”

“From start to finish our experience with Design Floors was top notch! Our salesperson Leo was wonderful and our whole tile team was professional all week long. They cleaned up so well every day, and the floors are gorgeous! I have no complaints! It looks like we have a new house. I would recommend Design Floors to anyone.”

“We had Design Floors put in solid wood flooring in our master bedroom walk in closet. Siegfried was very helpful suggesting options and walking us thru the process. The install crew was fast and efficient. They got it done in a day and it looked really good. We are moving forward with our closet design now and thinking about installing more flooring throughout out our house. Thanks Siegfried!”

“Recently replaced the carpet in my master bedroom and very pleased with the process and final product. Sales process included a personal consultation at my home with tons of options for me to choose from. After I narrowed to the top ones, I received larger swatches of each. After the order was placed, delivery and installation happened within a few weeks. Install team was A+. I’m definitely going to do business here again.”

“Design Floors was incredibly easy to deal with from the very beginning. Leo Wells, our representative, was completely all about what we wanted. My wife and I never felt pressured to commit to anything or any particular product. Leo's knowledge and honesty were calming and appreciated. It is amazing what we learned from Leo throughout this entire process. Additionally, he responded to questions in a professional and timely manner. Although we were only replacing carpet for flooring in our master closet due to a water leak, he treated us as if we were installing new floor into the entire house! We are so satisfied with the entire process, we have decided to replace carpet in two other rooms in the future with Design Floors. We also appreciated the promptness and professionalism of the install crew. Not only did they do a great job prepping and installing the new floor, they also cleaned up really well after the job. Give Design Floor an opportunity to win you over. Trust me, there will not be any pressure if you just want to go and look around and ask questions. Thank you Leo and Design Floors!”

“We are so pleased with the work that Design Floors has done! This is the second time we have used Design floors for a big project and they did not disappoint. We changed out the flooring in our entire house, gutted the master bath and changed all counter tops. The end result is stunning and will last for decades to come! The sales team, specifically Siegfried, was fantastic. He guided me as I picked the product all the way to making sure I knew what additional trades teams I would need. The schedule of people in and out of our home was efficient and effective. The team that Design Floors assembled around them to do the work for the flooring, counters, carpet & baseboards are outstanding. They were all timely, professional, courteous, respectful and thoughtful when working in our home. At the same time they are all incredibly good at their craft. Jamie and Anivar are exceptional! We are thrilled with the results of our project and highly recommend them. Thank you Design Floor team!!”

“Design Floors installed LVP in our entire downstairs. Leo Wells, our sales rep was amazing at helping us through the entire process. He visited the site often and called nearly every day. The demo and installation crew led by Jaime were precise, hard working and their craftsmanship was stellar. I highly recommend Design Floors! Thank you so much guys!”

“Our flooring experience could have been any better. Siegfried found the perfect match to our engineered floors that we searched for years trying to find. The crew was very prompt and completed 3 rooms in one day. The quality is excellent! Our install was a week sooner than expected which we were pleased with. You get what you pay for when working with Siegfried and his team! 10/10 recommend.”

“Design Flooring was the second flooring company we looked at since our first experience wasn't good. Design flooring was straight up with their miscellaneous charges. There was no drama, seamless experience, reasonable prices, and they were diligent to help us avoid having too much extra carpet leftover. We will go through them when it is time to replace all the carpeting in our house.”

“We loved working with Design Floors. They were reasonably priced and easy to work with. Siegfried was so helpful and knowledgeable. Ely and his install team worked quickly and carefully installing our carpet. 10/10 recommend”

“Leo at Design Floors was fantastic! He made everything easy for us and was responsive and helpful with any questions or requests that we had. We would recommend them to anyone who wants to update their home.”

“Design Floors were excellent...from the first estimate with Seigfried to the group of 5 guys who started and completed the job in three perfect days. They were respectful, organized, and proficient! We love our floors and after seeing the wonderful job the did on our whole downstairs with laminate flooring we can't wait for them to do our upstairs next year! My husband and I recommend them 💯 %. Mike & Rhonda”

“Great experience! We are relatively new to Texas, and didn’t know where to go to shop for new floors. We found Design Floors, and couldn’t be happier! We were trying to match existing hardwood. We took in minimal information about our existing hardwood floors, and they were able to do the research and find the same product for a a perfect match! Leo was awesome from start to finish. The installers did a great job! We love our new hardwood floors and carpeting! We highly recommend Design Floors for any floor covering needs you have!”

“Extremely happy with the our experience. Had to have almost all floors in our house replace due to winter storm damage. They were very accommodating to our time schedule and very communicative with feedback and expected delivery and install times. Siegfried provided many samples as well as expertise to help us make our final decisions. Final installs look great!”
