Duraamen Industrial Coatings & Polished Concrete Flooring – Dallas–Fort Worth

Duraamen Industrial Coatings & Polished Concrete Flooring operates out of Lewisville, Texas, and handles flooring work across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The company supplies epoxy, concrete coatings, self-leveling overlays, microcement systems, polyaspartic resins, and related sealers for industrial, commercial, and residential projects. It also connects customers with local installers who use the materials on site. Victor and Chris handle a large share of the technical questions that come in from both do-it-yourself customers and professional crews.

Homeowners and contractors describe jobs that include half-inch self-leveling overlays on wood subfloors followed by sanding, staining, and sealing. Other work covers garage and patio epoxy floors, chip-flake coatings, microcement in showers and kitchens, and exterior concrete resurfacing. Reviewers note that Chris provided direct phone access for order help and troubleshooting even after regular hours, while Victor has supplied product guidance on mixing and application steps. Outcomes mentioned include floors that held up in high-traffic spots with little follow-up maintenance.

The company responds quickly to calls and emails about product selection and installation steps. Reviewers say the staff supplies mixing instructions, step-by-step videos, and on-the-spot advice when questions arise during a pour or seal. Service stays focused on the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area, and crews report consistent product availability along with same-day answers on color choices and top-coat options.

Google shows a 4.8 rating from 31 reviews. Common points raised are product durability, clear application support from Chris and Victor, and reliable results on overlays and epoxy work.

“While I had never used Düraamen products I reached out to them about a 1/2”overlay over a wood sub floor. And any one knows 1/2” of anything over wood has to be the very best from Product to prep to pouring and sealing. Düraamen came through!!! From help with the order to questions and help trouble shooting and sealing. Honestly I had personal phone numbers for anything at all!! I ended up using there 3/8 to 1/2” self leveling then light sand and stain and seal. Job came out amazing and Düraamen was there the whole way. I will use Düraamen products for all my overlay and sealing products from here out!! Special Thank You to Chris Aitkin for answering all my questions even after business hours!”

“As an installer, working with Duraamen materials has been a great experience. Their products are high quality and easy to install, which makes projects run smoothly from start to finish. Clients and homeowners consistently love the finished look, and the variety of flooring options makes it easy to find the right solution for each project. On top of that, Chris is always quick to respond and extremely helpful with any questions I have. Highly recommend Duraamen to both contractors and homeowners”

I felt like I walked away with confidence and know they got my back should i need tech help We recently used the param 5500 and their sealers and topcoats. “Hate to do this. I wasn’t gonna leave a review but they asked me to so I am. . . I am an epoxy floor specialist in Colorado Springs. I ordered their product and 1. It took forever to get to me. 2. I shipping costs were ridiculous. 3. They gave me a kit for a 1,000 SF garage but when I got it, I was SUPER short on flakes and top coat! I had to pay for more plus like $500 is shipping, I had called customer service at one point and they had no idea the answers to my questions— they told me the didn’t have any idea, and didn’t help me figure it out. If you’re looking for the best epoxy, go to stonecoat countertops— I get free shipping on orders over $700 which has saved me thousands of dollars!! They ship quickly and have a team that ready and able to help.”

“At DURAAMEN you find excellent service and amazing products. Everything you buy has details on how to mix and how to apply. Even better than that, they have videos on YouTube where you can see step by step on how to install the product you purchased. They are all amazing people, 100% recommended!!”

Chris is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I have exactly what I need to get the job done right. Their polyaspartic resins are hands-down the best in the Dallas area — consistent quality, fast turnaround, and unmatched durability. I’ve seen their products hold up in some of the toughest environments with minimal maintenance required. From technical support to product availability, Duraamen delivers every time. If you're in the coatings or flooring industry and you're not using Duraamen yet, you're missing out. Highly recommend Chris and the team!”

“Durramen has been my go to Overlay systems and Sealer Systems . We have been using their products for over 15 years. Best products on the market”

“I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional epoxy flooring services provided by Düraamen, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and exceeded my expectations in every aspect. First and foremost, I was struck by the professionalism and expertise of the team at Düraamen. They were prompt in scheduling a consultation, during which they took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Their knowledge and guidance helped me choose the perfect epoxy flooring solution for my garage and patio. The installation process itself was nothing short of flawless. The team arrived on time and worked diligently to transform my garage and patio flooring. The quality of the materials used by Düraamen Company is also worth mentioning. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Düraamen Company for all your epoxy needs. Their professionalism, expertise, quality of work, and outstanding customer service set them apart from the rest. Overall, my experience with Düraamen Company has been nothing short of exceptional, and I am beyond satisfied with the results. Thank you, Düraamen Company, for turning my gara”

“I have been installing Duraamen products since 2007. They make the best microcement of every product i've tried. Their service is great. They know how their products work and you can always get an answer to what you need to know. I won't use another microcement or coating for concrete floors.”

“I've used and installed Duraamen products, and I would recommend them to both costumers and my fellow installers. The products are top quality, easy to install and very durable, I could say that Duraamen is one of the top brands in the concrete restoration and overlays industry right now.”

“Duraamen products were sold to me by Duraamen sales reps and failed horribly in the field, even after multiple tests. Specifically their Param 5500 product is complete garbage, does not bond properly to underlayment, despite following the directions exactly and asking many questions of their customer support. I'd recommend Schonox products any day for their greater ease of use and final quality. Definitely do your research, however, as Schonox has many options for many different underlayments and end results.”

“I have Distinctive Concrete and am out of New Braunfels, TX. Being centrally located between Austin and San Antonio, as you can imagine, there is a Great demand for decorative concrete. I have now known Victor for 20 years. Duraamen products allow me to create that personal touch, for each and every client, instead of just your average bland looking finish. Besides having a great product line, I also get a family with Duraamen. A family, not just from Duraamen's team, but of installers a like. Duraamen products allow me to complete the smallest front porch to a large industrial facility. My appreciation to Victor and the Duraamen family can not be expressed enough! Thank you, David Cuthbert”

“Duraamen products are excellent. We have received excellent training and product support and we look forward to using more of the Duraamen products.”

“Chris was awesome to deal with it. I was a DIY first timer for the garage floor epoxy. Chris helped me selecting the colors and the right product. He patiently answered all my questions, was readily available and guided me step step application to the entire process. I went with the metalic epoxy floor with poly on top. I would definitely recommend them 100% to any first time DIY or even seasoned professionals for Duraamen products. They had guides and YouTube videos too to help along the way. But again Chris was amazing to deal with!”

“This project is amazing and the guys at Düraamen where so much help.we had a client that had a image for a floor and when we reached out to Düraamen.the set us up with all the right product and talked me through every step of the way.”
