Gave me a succinct and thorough overview of the process. No pitch or hard sale either. Quoted me a substantially better price than others service providers. Oscar and Joe were my installers and did a fantastic job! They showed up on time, explained the process well, answered all my questions and completed the job in a timely manner ~ 4 hours total. “I had garage flooring pros install their polyaspartic coating on my garage floor two months ago. The floors look good at first glance but I have encountered a problem. After performing a basic oil change on my truck some oil got on the floor. The oil sat there for approximately 10 minutes while I competed the oil change. I then wiped up the oil and noticed a large yellow stain where the oil was. I attempted all cleaning methods as instructed on their web site without any success. Upon contacting them I was informed that it was not a warrantable concern and would be out of pocket for the repair as I caused the stain/damage. Incredibly disappointed that a $2400 floor coating cant withstand someone performing a basic oil change without staining/discoloring it. I have had professionally applied epoxy floors in my previous home garage for years which got a lot of use with little to no damage or staining like this.”

They stayed at it from early morning til very late at night and were back first thing in the morning for the topcoat. Pictures show how nice the job was. I also had a virtual measurement which I took from the appraisal and it was adjusted down to actual making the price even better. The pricing system is so incredibly fair. I chose the 1-day "Full Flake 2-coat" process using cashmere color flakes at a cost of $3650 for 700 sqft. This process included grinding, a base coat of polyurea and a polyaspartic top coat. The crew showed up on schedule and created a great-looking floor. The finished floor has good traction without the sharp edges of exposed flakes I've seen on some floors coated by other companies.
