“So this company was recommended to me from a plumbing service I had done around the beginning of March 2026 and I would like to commend them on their initial response when it came to mold mitigation. The project manager and his team came out as needed to ensure that my home did not grow mold from my recent water leak from the HVAC system in our ceiling. However, once that portion of the job was complete the restoration/ re-construction team did not do as well. After the representative came out to do the estimate it was anticipated to take approximately 2 days to complete. What was need was re-constructing sections of the bathroom and hallway (mainly base boards and some drywall as well as fixing the kick panel on our bathroom sink), repainting all of the living/dining/kitchen areas and repair the drywall in the living room (Approximately a 3 x 3 foot square). This was all covered by insurance which was estimated to cost over $5K not including the mold mitigation portion. The team came that Friday to begin work and although they finished majority of the work that same day it came with a lot of shortcuts. “Everyone from each department whether, management or laborers, were professional and courteous and timely. I like supporting family owned and operated businesses like this one as you know you're helping other people like yourself. They did a great job and my floors and baseboards look fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Not everybody spoke English but I speak Spanish so that was not a problem. They frequently sent one person to do a bulk of the labor which made it take a little bit longer but I was OK with that because he was very sweet and kept to himself. I stayed in my home while they worked downstairs. I was upstairs. I thought it was going to be a nightmare but it ended up not being bad at all. Took longer than I had hoped but it looks great.”

“This is an update on work that was done in my home in 2024 the flooring and carpet that was put down it's coming apart. I thought it would last a lot longer I've tried reaching out to them with no response I even tried to reach out to contractor Armando. I do not recommend them”

“Can’t say enough great things about Regent Restoration (RR)! We had an upstairs bathroom leak which caused damage to several areas/rooms. Fortunately, our plumber came quickly and fixed the leak but the damage was done. He referred us to RR after he saw the extent of the water damage and guess what?? A technician with RR came out that same day! From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and informative. From Bret making sure things rolled smoothly on site to Kaylee helping a make sense of the process, the entire RR team made this experience an easy breezy one. This is actually our 2nd water damage experience in the last few years (1st was that terrible freeze in ‘21 that flooded our entire downstairs), and I wish I would have known of these good peeps back then. Hopefully our home/weather behaves itself but if we ever need a restoration company to come out, RR will be the first ones I call!”

“So far we have dealt with several people during the cleanup of the water that leaked downstairs from a upstairs bathroom. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They did great work, cleaned up after themselves, and was on time. The one time that someone was running late our account manager Chris kept us informed. I was particularly impressed with Chris he fully explained all of the different steps of the cleanup, restoration and the process the insurance company will take us through during the claim. He was very patient and kind while easing concerns with the explanation. Hopefully I never have another situation like this but if I do I will definitely call Regent again.”
