Texas Diamondback Concrete Resurfacing

Texas Diamondback Concrete Resurfacing takes on flooring jobs around Lubbock, Texas. Allen runs the crew and they handle concrete resurfacing, patio staining, garage floor coatings, countertop installs that mimic quartz or epoxy, and concrete revisions such as prepping slabs for lift installations. Reviewers note the company works on both outdoor patios and indoor surfaces with the same crew showing up day after day.

Customers describe patio staining jobs that came out clean after rain delays, countertops poured to match a white quartz look with gray veins, and garage floors that turned out better than expected. Allen handled a concrete revision for a lift install to exact specs and finished within a week of starting. Other jobs included epoxy countertops and simple color additions to existing patios, with crews focused on staying on schedule and returning the next day or even Sunday to touch up small spots.

They answer quote requests faster than other outfits and land at the lowest price in several cases. Allen keeps communication steady, crews arrive on time each morning, and they stick to the timeframes they give. Work happens as a local Lubbock business, and they push through weather holds by finishing once conditions clear. Reviewers mention prompt starts and reliable follow-through on the jobs they book.

Most feedback highlights strong results on concrete surfaces and friendly crews, though a couple of reviews flag slower timelines than quoted and mixed messages on scheduling. The Google rating sits at 4.5 from 24 reviews with repeated notes on quality and follow-up service. DIRT Score 3.7 from 24 reviews on Finds.

“We couldn't be more happy with Allen and everyone. During vendor and quote shopping they were not only the most responsive, they were also the best price. I appreciate their communication and helpfulness in answering our questions. When the weather was finally good enough to start the team is very processional, fun, & personable. We will be reaching out to them for our next project.”

“Allen did amazing i had a vision and he made it happen and couldn’t be more perfect.”

“Allen is a class act would recommend this company 1000 times over!! Quality of work is on a different level they pride themselves in high performance work and it shows! I know I will be using them for several projects in the future and I love that it is a local business! Thanks Allen we couldn't be any happier!!”

“We had our patio stained. We couldn’t be more pleased with the final outcome. We had delays from rain and bad weather, but they got it finished as soon as the weather cleared up. We also had a couple of minor blemishes that we were probably being picky about, but they came out the next day, on Sunday, and touched it up just so we were happy. Thanks for the great, friendly service.”

“Allen was very good with his communication and his team came on time, each day, and they knocked out the job I needed done, which was revision of concrete for installation of a lift, to specification quickly. They started the work within a week. Very prompt, reliable, and trustworthy. The work provided was excellent! I will contact Texas Diamondback Concrete Resurfacing whenever I need concrete work done.”

“Great work! I love my my new countertops, the guys were very focused on their work, gave me a timeframe on when job would be completed and stuck to it. I got the white quartz look with gray veins looks just like Quartz!!!”

“We ended up going with carpet for our project, but Allen was really awesome with the estimate and I believe did everything he could to earn our business. We went with carpet as a business decision, but I would definitely work with him in the future!”

“My deposit that they said was due at booking was cashed before I even had a booked date. Never got a set date for the job to start. When I questioned this they immediately asked if I wanted to cancel. I said no. I later asked for a copy of what I signed at booking, and they asked again if I wanted to cancel. So, I just went ahead and canceled that time. They were shoddy with communication saying they said one thing when I had screenshots of all messages. They also claimed I never responded to them when I also had proof on iMessage that I *did* respond and the message was read. They DID refund me fully for the check they cashed before booking my date, and that’s the only positive that came out of the situation. ***Their response claiming that they received only complaints and criticism isn’t true, and if I could post photos of all screenshots I would. I simply inquired about dates and the copy of what I signed. That is it. Also, nothing was EVER mentioned about a discount, so that part is not accurate, either. The estimated date wasn’t given until AFTER I asked for a date since my check was already cashed. The point of my review is to let others know they cashed my check before eve”

“Took way longer than what they expected. They kept running into issues that they hadn't encountered. They also stated that dark spots around border would dissappear after another and they never did. Looking back, they should have known about all the issues and been prepared”
