“I've used Yates Flooring for carpet at six different properties, including both my personal homes and rental properties, and Lori has been outstanding every time. She communicates exceptionally well, is prompt and accurate with measurements, and makes the entire process easy from start to finish. What I appreciate most is that she takes the time to understand your goals and budget, then helps you find the best flooring solution without any pressure. If you're looking for new flooring, ask for Lori Rosas. You won't be disappointed!”

“The initial repairs to our vinyl floors were not completed correctly for a good while but after the Yates owner and upper management got involved, things started to move quickly. They prioritized our re-installation and did the job right.”

“Our experience with Yates has been an awesome and the results are absolutely beautiful. Ty Houchens truly took the time to understand our needs and shared our vision for our new home! Even when our decisions changed, his care and attention to our needs made our experience incredible. Chris and Chelsea, our install team, truly were amazing! Their attention to detail and perfection was paramount to the beautiful results. The challenges of our current foundation required floating our entire home, rebuilding concrete steps and hours of work. With each day we grew close to Chris and Chelsea and watched as their skill and care developed into beautiful results. I can't tell you how important it is to have the right team build your vision and the two of them truly understood and provided the highest quality. Through out the time Chris was in constant communication with challenges and continually exceeded the expectations. We're very proud of our home and cannot thank them enough for the care and expertise! In my opinion, Chris and Chelsea are the best of the best and exceeded our expectations! Thank you for everything Yates has done to make our new house a beautiful representatio”

“Yates did the flooring in our remodel and we 10/10 recommend them. When you go in ask for Monte Pierce! “From the time I walked in the door, I felt welcome and valued. Nathan Allen came immediately to help me when I was looking for carpet to have made into rugs. He listened to what I wanted, figured out how much I’d need, and we had a good quality carpet chosen within about 15 minutes. We’ve used Yates for years and years and this experience just shows you why. They are always so good to work with!”

“The floor installers were friendly, professional and fast. The installers for the 1/4 rounds did a fast job, matched the molding colors perfectly and filled in any spaces and covered all the nails perfectly. We are more than happy with the final product & Yates sales person Jason with his help in selecting the right floor and installers.”

“Haley’s customer service was wonderful. Not only did she get us a sample of travertine, she kept us updated along the way. From keeping us up to date on the latest as far as when the travertine would be in to checking on how things were going during the installation. The installers did a great job. Will be going back to Yates for future work.”

“Experience was good. New flooring looks great. Installers were careful and caring as l continued to live in my home while they were worked to remove vinyl plank and replace with tile.”

“Yates has been the perfect choice for our flooring. our sales rep was extremely helpful with all their products and her expertise made choosing the right style and colors for our home easy. The installation was quick with excellent results.”

“I picked Yates to re-do the flooring in my home due to their reputation for great work and service. Unfortunately I was severely disappointed Monte did not make things smooth and the installers messed up installing the floors and at first refused to correct it. Multiple things went wrong and I’m not satisfied in the least with the work done. Also they didn’t even ask for payment they just ran my card I used for the deposit. Would not have paid until everything was done to correctly. I would be careful with giving them card information.”

“WOW!! We are very impressed by the way things went. Everything was in place and correct the communication was clear and to the point. Everything Carlos told us was exactly what got done. Thank you for showing and explaining everything. We are so happy that we went with Yates!!! Great job thank y’all so much.”

“We replaced the carpet in the living room with wood flooring. Ty was a great sales associate and was quick to respond. Upon installation our installer Carlos and his crew were fantastic and did a wonderful job installing our floors! Very pleased! Thank you Yates!”

“Yates Flooring helped put new flooring in our church building and it looks incredible! Monte Pierce was the guy we worked with and he excelled in communicating with us. He listened to what we were wanting and helped nail down the best options for our church. The installers were professional and they did a great job. The pricing was very reasonable. We had consulted three different companies and Yates offered the best pricing. I highly recommend Monte and the Yates team for your flooring needs.”

“Everything about the process of having new flooring at Yates has been great and I would recommend them to anyone in West Texas. Only 4 stars for now while we wait for piece of trim that was damaged in transit to get replaced - will edit in a 5 star once that's been taken care of. Updated: the piece that was damaged in transit has been replaced in a timely manner. Nothing but professionalism every step of the way!”

“My husband and I highly recommend Yates Flooring Center and Monte. We purchased luxury vinyl plank flooring to replace carpet and tile. Monte answered all our questions and guided us in making sure we selected flooring which would compliment our furniture and style. From the demo, installation and finished product, we are extremely happy with the results! Thank you, Monte & Yates!”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Yates Flooring for new carpeting in my home, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The carpet itself is absolutely fantastic-soft, plush, and incredibly comfortable underfoot. I chose a high-quality option that looks elegant and has held up beautifully even with my busy household. Paired with their premium carpet pad, it feels like walking on clouds; the extra cushioning provides excellent insulation and noise reduction, making the rooms feel warmer and quieter. It's clear that Yates sources top-notch materials that are built to last. A huge shoutout to my salesperson, Nathan, who made the process seamless and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful, guiding me through options without any pressure. Nathan listened to my needs, offered spot-on recommendations, and even followed up after installation to ensure I was happy. His expertise and friendly demeanor turned what could have been a stressful situation a fun one.”

“ASK FOR NATHAN! We had 6 different people/companies give us quotes and info when we were trying to decide what to do about some floors that were poorly installed in a house we bought, and Nathan went above and beyond to help us. He never made us feel rushed, always responded right away, and treated us with utmost professionalism. We will be back to do business with Yates if Nathan is still there.”
