Fashion Floors Carpet One

Fashion Floors Carpet One operates as a flooring retailer and installer at 3300 W Wall St in Midland, Texas. They stock carpet, luxury vinyl plank, and hardwood along with tile. Staff also take on bathroom and kitchen work plus wood and laminate supply. They measure homes, bring samples out, and handle the full install process for both homes and some commercial spots.

Customers report carpet jobs in guest bedrooms and hallways plus hardwood floors in maple. Anela Langford bid and ran a tight-deadline project that finished on time. Kayla Ceballos measured properties, quoted options, and did a follow-up walk-through after carpet went down. Allison came out multiple times with samples and pads while Kim helped pick carpet for specific rooms. One review described a wood floor laid late with the wrong glue and missed delivery promises, though most jobs left clean rooms and floors that held up well with toddlers around.

They often deliver and install carpet the next business day when stock is on hand. Sales staff such as Anela and Allison return calls promptly, bring samples to the house, and check in during the job. Installers work fast, keep the site tidy, and set furniture back in place. Prices land in the affordable range for the Midland area and they handle both residential and some commercial orders.

The Google rating sits at 4.8 across the listed reviews. Recurring notes cover helpful sales people who explain choices, professional install crews, and solid follow-up on most jobs.

“They did a great job and my carpet looks beautiful! There was no mess left behind and the workers were very fast and talented. We will definitely be using Fashion Floors for all our future needs. I highly recommend them.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Kayla! She called, came when she said she would, measured the house and offered to bring samples to me! She and the staff were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. We ended up ordering a beautiful hardwood floor in maple. Highly recommend!”

“Hate to write this about a local business. Job has been sub par and ample time to do it right. Job was laid several days late with no communication and I was prepped and ready with house in disarray to prepare. They no showed and delayed again after multiple calls. They did not deliver wood to the house as it should be before work began. Then it was laid with wrong glue. Water based carpet glue instead of wood glue. 2 weeks later after they agree to make it right I call for follow up. Wood has been there. Said it would be delivered today and this promised is missed again. I hope I get to update this review for a more positive finish but I am becoming less hopeful.”

“This was a great place for me to do business while shopping for carpet! My sales rep Kayla Ceballos made it easy to make a decision considering all the options I had available to pick from at the store. Kayla arrived at my property and quickly did the measurements and a week and a half later I had BRAND NEW carpet at an affordable price. Kayla also followed up and did a quality inspection walk through of the installation of my new carpet at the time of completion, really appreciated that extra step. Thanks Kayla, it was good doing business with you.”

“This company did a great job! We love our carpet! We have two toddlers and our carpet still looks great after almost a year. Anela Langford was our saleswoman and she was so helpful and friendly. She communicated with me throughout the whole process and even gave my children toys while in the office doing the consultation to keep them busy! We will definitely be using them again when we do our other rooms.”

“It was a real pleasure working with Kim. She was very knowledgeable and helped us to pick out the best carpet for our situation. The guys who installed the carpet were hardworking and did not leave a mess. Our floors look beautiful! I would recommend Fashion Floors Carpet One to everyone.”

“It’s really hard to find great customer service these days but this company has a really great young Lady by the name of Anela. She was incredibly helpful and kept communication with me the entire time. She even came by and did a house visit and we got our carpet the next business day! I highly recommend this company and please ask for Anela you will not be disappointed!”

“Anela was great to work with. And even helped us pick out the carpet we needed and helped us decide what would look good for a future floor project. The installers were fast and very good. They had to put carpet pieces together to cover the whole room and I can’t even see the seams and I was watching them do it!”

“We went to Fashion Floors as our second choice, but they should have been our first. Home Depot took way to long and they ordered the wrong carpet on top of that. We were able to find carpet that actually was in stock that was perfect for our guests bedrooms. The price was very reasonable. A big Bonus we got the carpet installed the very next day by two professionals, excellent job. Thank you guys so much!!”

“Anela with Fashion Floors did a fantastic job helping me with the design of my kitchen remodel. She was always willing to take my call and answer any questions I had about the whole process. I highly recommend them, and I will be using them again in the future for my bathroom remodel.”

The men that installed carpet were very professional and very careful putting my furniture back where I wanted it. I would use Fashion Floors again.”

“Allison was helpful and friendly from the moment we walked in the door. She came to our house several times to measure and show us different samples. We got an extremely fair price on the carpet we wanted and the installers were friendly, fast and did great work!”

“Ran into a few snags, but Allison and Hunter made sure to make things right. Great people. Professional and made sure we were happy. Great customer service who truly care about their customers. Great quality carpet. We are ready to place our next order.”

“They were great to work with. They were not pushy at all about which carpet to choose. They gave us multiple options across multiple different price lines. They were very prompt with ordering the carpet, delivering it and getting it installed. The installers were very professional. Will definitely use them again”

“Allison and the rest of the staff made sure my experience with Fashion Floors was amazing. Customer service is their top priority and it shows. I have beautiful new floors and I couldn't be happier with the product and my interactions with staff and the crew.”

“I had a very unique project that was under an extremely tight deadline. Anela Langford bid, quoted and managed the job perfectly. The work was done on time, and looks fantastic. I’m definitely using them for future commercial and residential work..”

“My family and I had just moved into our new home in Midland and realized that we were all allergic to the existing carpet. The previous owners had cats. The hair and dander embedded in the carpet fibers was the cause of our allergies. After researching several different carpet companies, we chose Fashion Floors. Allison was the person who came to the house and did all the measurements and also brought samples of carpets and two different pads. There were a couple of hiccups during our process, but Allison came through and made things happen. She never lost her composure. All in all it was a good experience and we now have great carpet . I would recommend Fashion Floors to others as well.”

“My experience was a surprising one. I expected not a lot of attention or concern. I wanted to do something in my hallway. Kim was so on top of it. She came right over measured and then brought me many samples. Yes she brought them to me at my home. Fabulous detailed work. Extremely happy”

“Anela did a fabulous job! The process was smooth. She did a follow-up walk through to ensure quality. The team did a great job!”

Their instal guys where super nice, professional and did a great job. Highly recommend”
